ブル芯線の余長ケーブルを切断加工した後、圧接
加工を施してコネクタを組み立てるコネクタ組立
用装置であつて、ケーブル芯線を固定するワーク
チヤツクを備えると共に、ケーブル芯線のフオー
ミングステージとケーブル芯線の切断、圧接ステ
ージとの間でケーブル芯線を往復動させるスライ
ドテーブルと、上側ベースに上下動可能に取付け
られ、フオーミングステージにおけるケーブル芯
線に対して適度の傾斜角度を設定し、ケーブル芯
線をフオーミングするフオーミングローラと、進
退動作するスペーサブロツクの前進時のみ、この
スペーサブロツクを介して上側ベースに固定され
たシリンダのロツドに連接し、シリンダの動作に
より切断、圧接ステージにおけるケーブル芯線の
余長ケーブルを切断する上型カツターと、上記シ
リンダのロツドと連結し、切断、圧接ステージに
おけるケーブル芯線を圧接する圧接用パンチとを
具備したことを特徴とするコネクタ組立用装置。 This is a connector assembly device that assembles a connector by forming a cable core wire, cutting the extra length of the cable core wire, and then performing a pressure welding process.
