、 上記クロスメンバの車幅方向の側端部には、上
記サイドシルのインナ側部材の上側フランジ部近
傍まで立ち上げられた立ち上げ部が形成され、こ
の立ち上げ部の上端側に設けられた接合フランジ
部が、上記インナ側部材の上側フランジ部に接合
