The present invention relates to an oral composition that can effectively prevent stain adhesion. Traditionally, it prevents stains from adhering to teeth,
Alternatively, as an active ingredient for removing stains, organic peroxides (Belgian Patent No. 818735,
(U.S. Patent No. 3988433), esters having one or more aromatic rings (Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-43869), specific metal chelating agents (Japanese Patent Publication No. 139639-1983), combinations of polyphosphoric acid and polyvalent metal cations. Combination (JP-A-52-108029
No.), fine granules of polyphosphate (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication No. 1983)
-80429), but the practical evaluation of these active ingredients has not necessarily been determined. Natural stains on teeth occur as a result of contact between normal foods and drinks, and iron is thought to be the primary cause.
Such adhesion of stains to teeth is not desirable, and therefore oral compositions such as toothpastes are required to have excellent ability to prevent stains from adhering. The present inventors conducted intensive research on active ingredients that can reliably prevent stain adhesion by adopting an evaluation method that is closer to actual stains, and found that glyceric acid, hydroxy-n-butyric acid, and their salts The inventors have discovered that oral compositions that have excellent ability to prevent stain adhesion and contain these compounds as active ingredients can reliably prevent stain adhesion, leading to the present invention. Therefore, the present invention provides an oral composition for preventing stain adhesion, which contains one or more compounds selected from glyceric acid, hydroxy-n-butyric acid, and salts thereof. The oral composition has an excellent stain adhesion prevention effect. The present invention will be explained in more detail below. Oral compositions according to the present invention include toothpastes, toothpastes such as moisturized toothpastes, liquid toothpastes, mouthwashes, troches, chewing gum, oral pasta, gum tissue surge cream, liquid mouth fresheners, and solid mouth fresheners. It contains one or more compounds selected from glyceric acid, hydroxy-n-butyric acid, and their salts, and the combination of these compounds ensures the adhesion of stains. This can be prevented. Here, examples of the salts of glyceric acid and hydroxy-n-butyric acid include alkali metal salts such as sodium salts. Also, glyceric acid, hydroxy-n-butyric acid,
and the compounding amount of the compound selected from these salts,
It is preferably 0.001 to 30% (weight %, same hereinafter), particularly 0.01 to 10% of the entire oral composition. As other components of the present invention, appropriate components commonly used may be blended depending on the type of oral composition, purpose of use, etc. For example, in the case of toothpaste, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate and anhydride, monobasic calcium phosphate, tribasic calcium phosphate, calcium carbonate, calcium pyrophosphate, titanium oxide, alumina, hydrated alumina, silica gel, colloidal silica, Anhydrous alkali metal silicate complex, aluminum silicate, insoluble sodium metaphosphate, insoluble potassium mutarate, tertiary magnesium phosphate, magnesium carbonate, calcium sulfate, polymethyl methacrylate, bentonite, zirconium silicate, synthetic resin, etc. species or two or more species may be blended (compounding amount usually 10% to 99%, in the case of toothpaste 10% to 75%)
%). In addition, in the case of paste-form oral compositions such as toothpaste, cellulose derivatives such as carrageenan, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, and sodium carboxymethylhydroxyethylcellulose, and alkali metal alginates such as sodium alginate are used as binders. , alginate propylene glycol ester, xanthan gum, tragacanth gum, karaya gum, gum arabic and other gums, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, carboxyvinyl polymer, polyvinyl pyrrolid and other synthetic binders, silica gel, aluminum silica gel, vegum, laponite, etc. One or more types of inorganic binders may be blended (the blending amount is usually 0.5 to 5%). Furthermore, in the production of dentifrices and other oral compositions, sorbitol, glycerin,
ethylene glycol, propylene glycol,
One or more of 1,3-butylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, xyrite, maltite, lactite, etc. may be blended (the blending amount is usually 10 to 70%). In addition, water-soluble salts of higher alkyl sulfates whose alkyl group has 8 to 18 carbon atoms, such as sodium lauryl sulfate and sodium myristyl sulfate, and water-soluble higher fatty acid monoglyceride monosulfates, such as hydrogenated coconut oil fatty acid monoglyceride monosulfate, etc. salts, alkylaryl sulfonates such as sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, higher alkyl sulfonates, higher fatty acid esters of 1,2-dihydroxypropanesulfonate, sodium N-lauroyl, N-myristoyl or N-palmitoyl sarcosine. , anionic surfactants such as substantially saturated higher aliphatic acylamides of lower aliphatic aminocarboxylic acid compounds such as potassium or ethanolamine salts, and compounds whose fatty acid group has 12 to 18 carbon atoms such as sucrose mono- and dilaurates. Sugar fatty acid ester, lactose fatty acid ester, lactitol fatty acid ester, maltitol fatty acid ester, stearic acid monoglyceride, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, polyoxyethylene (10, 20, 40, 60, 80 , 100 mol) hydrogenated castor oil,

~5%). The oral composition of the present invention further contains saccharin sodium, stevioside, neohesperidyl dihydrochalcone, glycyrrhizin, perillartin, thaumatin, asparatylphenylalanine methyl ester, p-methoxycinnamic aldehyde, sucrose, lactose, fructose. , a sweetening agent such as sodium cyclamate (0-1%, preferably
0.01 to 0.5%), and if necessary, p-hydroxymethyl benzoituku acid, p-hydroxyethyl benzoituku acid, p-hydroxypropyl benzoituku acid, p-hydroxybutyl benzoituku acid, sodium benzoate, lower fatty acid monoglyceride, etc. Preservatives, fragrances such as wintergreen oil, spearmint oil, peppermint oil, satsafras oil, clove oil, eucalyptus oil, whitening agents such as gelatin, peptone, arginine hydrochloride, albumin, casein, titanium dioxide, silicones, pigments, etc. For example, in the case of a toothpaste, it can be produced by mixing the above-mentioned desired components with an appropriate amount of water. Moreover, when producing other oral compositions, they can be produced according to conventional methods using appropriate commonly used ingredients. Furthermore, in the present invention, enzymes such as allantoins, epsilon aminocaproic acid, tranexamic acid, dextranase, amylase, protease, mutanase, lysozyme, lytic enzyme, and litequeenzyme, sodium monofluorophosphate,
Alkali metal monofluorophosphates such as potassium monofluorophosphate, sodium fluoride,

One or more active ingredients such as tartar inhibitors, antibacterial agents, and plaque inhibitors may be included. Next, the effects of the present invention will be specifically illustrated by examples. (Example) Using the compounds shown in Table 1 as active ingredients, the stain adhesion inhibiting ability was evaluated by the following method. The results are also listed in Table 1. Preparation of teeth for evaluation Cut a bovine tooth into 6 mm square pieces and embed them in resin with the enamel side facing up. The enamel surface is polished to an extent that no dentin is exposed to create a smooth surface and used as a sample for artificial stain attachment. Preservation is done by immersing in artificial saliva.
Store in the refrigerator. Method for evaluating adhesion prevention ability of artificial stain Brush the sample in water with a toothbrush to remove contaminants adhering to the sample surface. Then, press paper against the sample to remove water, measure the L value with a color difference meter, and define this value as L1 .
Next, the sample is immersed in an aqueous solution of 0.5 parts by weight of the active ingredient for 1 minute, washed with water, and then immersed in the following iron tannin solution for 5 minutes and washed with water. After repeating the immersion in the active ingredient solution and tannin iron solution 5 times, the L value is measured using a color difference meter, and this value is defined as L 2 . Said L 1
The adhesion prevention ability of the stain is evaluated from the difference between and L 2 (ΔL=L 1 =L 2 ) (the smaller ΔL is, the higher the stain adhesion prevention ability). Iron tannin solution 0.17% by weight aqueous solution of iron acetate and 0.1% of cunnic acid
Mix the same amount of wt% aqueous solution and immediately immerse the sample. Through this operation, the enamel surface of the sample becomes colored red-black.
