【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 この考案は、トラツク荷台のサイドメンバの組
立構造に関するものである。

イドメンバは、実開昭58−17280号公報等で知ら
れる如く、アウタパネルの内側の周縁部にインナ
パネルの周縁部を直接接合させて組立てるもので
ある。

設備費の低減および生産性を向上し、かつトラツ
ク荷台の内側の外観性を向上しうるトラツク荷台
のサイドメンバを得ることを目的としたものであ
る。

側に屈撓しうる接合部9を有し、このフイニツシ
ヤー6の嵌合部8をインナパネル1の全周縁部1
aに嵌合し挟着片7,7によつて挟着固定するこ
とによつて、フイニツシヤー6をインナパネル1
に囲繞するように取付ける。アウタパネル10は
フロアB上に立設され、周縁10aは内方に折曲
げられて、該周縁10aおよびフロアBに夫々間
隔をおいてナツトを有する取付金具11を取付け
る。そして取付金具11にインナパネル1の取付
部4を当接しネジ12を螺合してインナパネル1
を取付けると共に、インナパネル1の周縁に取付
けたフイニツシヤー6の上辺部6aおよび左右両
側辺部6b,6cの各接合部9をアウタパネル1
0の周縁10aに弾性的に当接させ、かつ下辺部
6dの接合部9をフロアB上面に弾性的に当接さ
せるようにインナパネル1をアウタパネル10の
内側に沿つて内張りする。

内張りしてなるので、アウタパネルの周縁部とイ
ンナパネルの周縁部との直接接触による両パネル
の損傷およびその傷による錆の発生が確実に防止
され、耐久性が向上する。
