逆向きとして塗料噴出させることにより、一方向
のスプレーガンの連続回転のみでは塗料の入り込
みが悪く塗装が不十分であつたのを、連続逆回転
させることにより、反対側からもスプレーできる
ので塗料の入り込み特性が向上し、全ての箇所に
塗装できる。

塗物の形状に応じエアーモータを正転逆転させ、
これに伴いスプレーガンのが正回転し塗料の噴射
方向を変えるので、均一な膜厚を得、塗り残しを
防止し塗装仕上り品質が向上する。又、適正吹付
方向での塗装が可能となることから塗料飛散を防
止し、スプレー塗装領域が拡大し、ロボツトの作
動範囲の縮少が可能となることから塗装能力の大
幅アツプがはかれる。しかも、この正逆転をする
伝達装置はエアーモーターの出力軸に配す駆動ギ
ヤと回転軸に配す伝達ギヤを噛合する簡略構成と
なつているため、誤作動のない小型ロータリー構
成となり得る等の効果を奏する。
