であつた。(Prior art and its problems) In conventional automatic door devices, a mat switch or an infrared sensor provided on the fixed side detects when a person approaches the door, and the opening/closing driving means is activated in conjunction with this detection operation. The door was activated. With such conventional devices, the door will open when a person enters the detection area of the matsuto switch or infrared sensor, regardless of whether or not the person has the intention to open the door. In a situation where the area around the door is crowded with people, inconveniences occur such as the door opening and closing frequently even though no one is passing by. Therefore, it has been difficult to use it, for example, as an automatic door system between commuter vehicles or as an automatic door system for stores with checkout counters right next to entrances and exits.

Automatic door devices that operate the door opening operation have also been put into practical use, but in this type of automatic door device, the switch on the door side that moves to open and close and the control circuit on the stationary side that has the opening and closing drive means are electrically connected. In order to make the connection, an electrical path must be provided between the door side and the fixed side using a curled cord or the like that does not interfere with the door's opening/closing movement, and an electrical circuit is also required inside the door, resulting in high costs. Not only that, but it also becomes difficult to maintain and inspect the electric circuit system. Furthermore, the presence of electrical paths that are constantly in motion as the door opens and closes is likely to cause failures and shorten the useful life of the device.

A light reflecting surface is provided on the upper end of the door body, which is detected by a retroreflective photoelectric switch provided on the fixed side.
Detection of changing the ON/OFF state of the photoelectric switch by blocking the light input reflection path of the light reflection surface or moving the light reflection surface itself in conjunction with the operation of a manual operating tool provided on the door body. A state switching means is provided, and a photoelectric switch for detecting a passerby is provided at a fixed part around the doorway opened and closed by the door body at a position close to the door body. The opening/closing driving means is configured to operate to open the door when the ON/OFF state of the photoelectric switch changes, and the opening/closing driving means is configured not to operate to close the door when the photoelectric switch for detecting a passerby is in the state of detecting a pedestrian. The point is that it is structured as follows.

態が維持される。 In this way, in the device of the present invention, the detection state switching means is activated by operating the manual operating tool on the door body side, and either the light input/reflection path to the light reflection surface is blocked or the light reflection surface itself is changed. When moving, turning on the fixed-side retroreflective photoelectric switch,
The OFF state can be switched wirelessly and remotely.
As the ON/OFF state of this photoelectric switch changes, the opening/closing drive means operates to open the door, and the door body automatically opens. While the passerby detection photoelectric switch detects a person passing through the open doorway, the opening/closing driving means does not close the door, and the door remains open.

is swung in the direction of opening the door as shown by the imaginary line in FIG.
2, the light reflecting surface 14 exits downward from the optical path of the photoelectric switch 15, and the reflected light disappears, so the photoelectric switch 15 is switched to the ON state. The switching of the photoelectric switch 15 to the ON state serves as a door opening command signal, and the opening/closing driving means 5 operates to open the door, thereby opening the door body 1.

A holding function is provided to hold the door opening command signal so that the door opening operation is not interrupted even if the state is restored.

られ、扉体1は直ちに開動する。 When the set time has elapsed after the door body 1 stopped at the opening limit position, the photoelectric switch 15 is in the OFF state (the handle 7 is returned to the initial state).
The opening/closing driving means 5 is operated to close the door under the condition that the passerby detection photoelectric switch 16 is in the OFF state (no one is passing through the entrance/exit 2). The clock operates at the set time each time the handle 7 is operated in the door opening direction and the photoelectric switch 15 is turned on, and when a person passes through the doorway 2 and interrupts the optical path of the photoelectric switch 16 for detecting a passerby. Accordingly, it is updated every time the photoelectric switch 16 is switched to the ON state. Therefore, the door closing operation is not performed while a person is passing through the doorway 2. Of course, even if the door body 1 starts to close, if the handle 7 is operated in the door opening direction and the photoelectric switch 15 is switched to the ON state, or if a person passes through the doorway 2, etc. When the photoelectric switch 16 for detecting a passerby is switched to the ON state, the opening/closing driving means 5 is switched from the door closing operation state to the door opening operation, and the door body 1 is immediately opened.

ある。 Note that a locking mechanism that automatically locks the door body 1 in the closed door position may also be used. This locking mechanism can be automatically unlocked prior to the door opening operation by the opening/closing driving means 5, but when the movable handle 7 is used as in the above embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, a fixed locking pawl 18 is provided which automatically engages with the upper end of the lifting rod 12 when the door body 1 moves to the closing limit position, and the locking claw 18 is fixed by swinging the handle 7 in the door opening direction. It is also possible to configure the upper end of the lifting rod 12 to be released from the locking pawl 18 to release the lock.

For example, it is also possible to use a manual operating tool in the form of a large push button that moves inward to the door body when pressed with the fingertips. Further, even when using a handle, any handle such as a lever type or a knob type can be used. Furthermore, when a handle is used that has a movable part that can be operated with fingers in a part of the handle, the movable part can be used as a manual operating tool.

It is also possible to form a light beam blocking portion, for example, at the upper end of the lifting rod 12, for blocking the light beam entering and reflecting path to the light beam reflecting surface 14, and to link it to a manual operating tool.

発明自動ドア装置は有効に活用し得る。(Effects of the Invention) According to the automatic door device of the present invention that can be implemented as described above, the door is not opened unless the manual operating tool provided on the door body is operated, so that a person standing near the door cannot open the door. This eliminates the inconvenience of the door opening automatically or simply when a person passes in front of the door. Therefore, the automatic door device of the present invention can be effectively utilized in areas where automatic door devices of this type cannot be used, such as entrances and exits between vehicles for commuting vehicles and store entrances and exits at checkout counters.

All systems can be installed on the fixed side. Therefore, it can be carried out at a very low cost, and maintenance and inspection of the electrical system is also easy.
It can be used as an automatic door device with a long service life and less risk of electrical system failure.
