[Prior art and its problems] Conventionally, as a track device for this type of sliding door, for example, a rail is provided in the sliding door running section, a door roller or the like provided on the sliding door is engaged with this rail, and the sliding door is moved through the door roller or the like. There is one that runs and moves along the above-mentioned rails.

Therefore, no rails are provided inside the storage compartment, etc., and a moving tool for moving the sliding door is installed on the back side in the insertion direction, and after the sliding door is moved by the rail, it is placed inside the storage compartment etc. The insertion tip side of the sliding door is moved in the viewing direction by making contact with the sliding door. In this case, other parts such as moving tools are required, and the sliding door is slanted when inserted, so the next sliding door cannot be fed in as it is, and the previous sliding door must be parallel to the next sliding door. The problem was that it was time consuming.

[Means for solving problems] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and as a means for solving the problems, the sliding door track device of the present invention includes a storage section on the side of the opening, and , in which a plurality of sliding doors run in the sliding door running section, two rails are provided in parallel in each of the upper and lower sliding door running sections, and the rails are formed in a straight line in the corresponding part of the opening. In addition, inside the storage area, the rails are formed in a diagonally bent shape in the direction of projection, and among the above-mentioned parallel rails, the rail width of the straight part is narrower, slightly smaller than the expected width of the sliding door, and the rail of the bent part is narrower than the expected width of the sliding door. The width is a broad track that is slightly smaller than the front and back width of the sliding door, and a pair of sliding members is provided at diagonal positions in the front and back directions on the upper and lower surfaces of the sliding door. and the width in the opposing direction is substantially adapted to the rail width of the bent portion, and at least the lower sliding member is mounted so as to be horizontally rotatable;
Each of the above-mentioned sliding doors is provided in the sliding door running section by engaging the front and rear sliding members with separate rails, and the sliding members are continuous in series in the opening corresponding part, and
In the storage section, they are arranged in parallel.

Specifically, first, two rails 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b are provided on the sliding door running portions 5a, 6a of the upper and lower frames 5, 6 constituting the sash frame 2, respectively. Upper frame 5
The rails 7a and 7b are formed in a concave shape between three protrusions. The rails 8a and 8b of the lower frame 6 are formed of two protrusions. Moreover, the above-mentioned rail 7a,
7b, 8a, 8b are formed parallel to each other in a straight line in a portion corresponding to the terrace opening 1, and are connected to the storage portion 4.
They are each parallel to each other and bent obliquely in the viewing direction. At this bent portion, the rails 7a, 8a and 8b, 7b are bent at intervals corresponding to the patio sliding door 3 so that the patio sliding door 3 can be guided. More specifically, the rail width of the straight portion is a narrow gauge that is slightly smaller than the expected width of the patio sliding door 3, and the rail width of the bent portion is a broad gauge that is slightly smaller than the front and rear width of the patio sliding door 3.

are provided for each. In addition, the door wheels 9a, 9b and rollers 10a, 10b located before and after these are connected to the rail 7.
a, 7b, 8a, 8b, and the front and rear door wheels 9a, 9b and rollers 10a, 10b are moved to corresponding separate rails 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b. It is engaged. That is, the front door wheel 9a and roller 10a and the rear door wheel 9b and roller 10b are
The book rails 7a, 8a and 7b, 8b are divided so that they can be guided separately. More specifically, the width of the pair of sliding members in the forward direction is approximately adapted to the rail width of the linear portion, and the width in the opposing direction is approximately adapted to the rail width of the bent portion.

Furthermore, the door wheels 9a, 9b are provided with rails 8a, 8b.
It is horizontally rotatable so that it can follow the bending state of
It includes a movable member 12 that is movable in the front-rear direction with respect to the mounting board 11, and a door roller body 13 that is attached to the movable member 12 so as to be horizontally rotatable. Specifically, an opposing L-shaped slide guide portion 14 is formed on both sides of the lower surface of the mounting board 11 formed in a flat plate shape in the front-rear direction, and the flat plate-shaped movable member 12 is engaged with this slide guide portion 14. It is designed so that it can be guided in the front and rear directions. Note that 16 is a stopper for the movable member 12 formed on the lower surface of the mounting board 11. A rotary shaft 15 is provided on the lower surface of the movable member 12.
The door roller main body 13 is rotatably attached via.
The door roller main body 13 allows the wheels 18 to be adjusted up and down by a height adjustment mechanism 17. Height adjustment mechanism 17

Furthermore, the movable member 12 is attached to the mounting board 1.
1 is biased to be able to be positioned at the center of the mounting board 11 in the front-rear direction, and is movable in the front-rear direction against the spring 24. Therefore, when the door roller main body 13 approaches the bent portion of the rails 8a, 8b, the movable member 12 is slightly moved by the spring 24, facilitating the horizontal rotation of the door roller main body 13 in response to the bent state, and ensuring accurate tracking. I'm trying to make it possible. In addition, door wheels 9a, 9b and rollers 10a,
10b is accommodated within the estimated width of the terrace sliding door 3. A blind 27 is provided inside the terrace sliding door 3, making a shutter unnecessary.

In this case, as shown in Figure 3, the terrace sliding door 3
is moved linearly along the building in a portion corresponding to the terrace opening 1 by the rails 7a, 7b, 8a, and 8b. In addition, within the storage section 4, rails 7a, 7b,
8a, 8b are bent in the viewing direction, and the two rails 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b guide the front and back of the patio sliding door 3 separately, and the door wheels 9a, 9b are horizontally rotatable. A plurality of terrace sliding doors 3 connected in series at the terrace opening 1
are sequentially moved in a direction parallel to the building and stored in a parallel configuration, and are completely stored in a parallel overlapping configuration as shown in FIG.

In addition, in each of the above embodiments, explanation has been given by taking a terrace sliding door as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, and can be used for a rain door and others. Further, a simple sliding body may be used for the rail of the upper frame, and in this case, the sliding body may be horizontally rotatable or non-rotatable. Further, a sliding block may be engaged with the lower frame, and in this case, horizontal rotation is also possible.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, the sliding door track device of the invention has two parallel rails in each of the upper and lower sliding door running parts, and the sliding members provided at the front and rear of the sliding door engage with another rail. At the same time, at least the sliding member at the bottom can be rotated horizontally, so each of the sliding doors connected in series in the corresponding part of the opening can move in the expected direction while maintaining a state parallel to the building without changing its direction. This has the effect that they can be stored in parallel in the storage section.
