Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 略円柱形状を有する金属体の平面部に穴を
    穿設して感熱部を形成し、上記感熱部の肉厚が感
    熱部内径の３０％以上を有し、かつ上記感熱部に
    連続して感熱部内径と略同径の内径又は外径を有
    するシースを連設し、さらに上記シースおよび感
    熱部内部に絶縁材を充填すると共に、熱電対素線
    を上記絶縁材により絶縁された状態で、温接点が
    感熱部に位置し、他端がシースより導出されるよ
    う配置してなる高周波誘導加熱用メタルシース熱
    電対。 (2) 金属体の外径と略同径あるいは細い外径を
    有するシースを固着するるか、または一体的に形
    成してなる請求項１記載の高周波誘導加熱用メタ
    ルシース熱電対。 (3) 有底のシースを金属体の感熱部内に挿入配
    置してなる請求項１記載の高周波誘導加熱用メタ
    ルシース熱電対。
