Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operability and safety and to perform high-reliable mounting of a switch by locating a housing provided at the front part or the side part of a lower container with a time switch having a control knob, and arranging a protection plate to a housing and forming an air inflow port therein. CONSTITUTION:A time switch 8 is mounted on the front part of a lower container 4 through a housing 9 formed of synthetic resin having heat resistance, and a protection plate 10 formed of synthetic resin having excellent insulating properties and heat resistance are mounted on the front part thereof. Ventilating ports 12 are formed in the upper and lower parts of the housing 9. A time switch l to operate a power source is mounted on a lower container 4 through the housing 9. Since the protection plate 10 is located to the housing 9 and a ventilating port 12 is formed therein, operation can be carried out at the front of a device, a radiant heat from a heat generating body l is not collided directly with the switch 8, hot air residing in the housing 9 is discharged through the ventilating port 12, and the temperature of the time switch 8 is prevented from an increase to a high value. Further, a charge part, such as a time switch 8, is electrically insulated by means of the protection plate 10 and the housing 9.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a switch mounting device for a cooking device such as a fish fryer.

2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, cooking devices such as fish fryers that are equipped with a heating element on the top surface of a saucer container have been widely used.

Conventionally, the switch mounting device for this type of heating cooker has generally had a configuration as shown in FIG. 2.

The configuration will be described below with reference to the drawings.

As shown in the figure, a cooking device for grilling fish etc. consists of an upper container 2 having a heating element 1 inside, and a lower container 4 having a saucer container 3. One part of the container 2 has a hinge attached to the rear. (not shown) so that it can be opened and closed freely. An intermediate switch 6 is provided in the middle of the power cord 5 of the heating element 1 to turn on and off the power.

In the above configuration, energization of the heating element 1 is started or ended by placing a corner or the like on the receiver 3 and turning on/off the intermediate switch 6.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional switch mounting device used in a heating cooker, the intermediate switch 6 was provided in the middle of the cord 5, so the cord 5 had to be pulled back each time it was turned on and off. There was also a safety issue, as it was complicated to have to turn the intermediate switch on and off, and there was a risk of getting burned if your hand touched the heated body when pulling the cord 5. .

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and aims to provide a switch mounting device for a heating cooker that has good operability, excellent safety, and high reliability.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a housing equipped with a time switch having an operating knob on the front or side surface of a lower container, and this housing includes a saucer container and a time switch. A protective plate and an air inlet are provided between the two.

In the above configuration, a fish is placed on the wire mesh 13 of the receiver 1, and the time switch 8 is operated to turn on the power to the heating element 1 to grill the fish's corners.

As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the time switch 1 for operating the power source is attached to the lower container 4 via the housing 9, and the housing 9 is provided with the protective plate 10 and further provided with the vent hole 12. The switch 8 can be operated from the front of the device, the radiant heat from the heating element 1 does not directly hit the switch 8, and the hot air accumulated in the housing 9 is discharged through the vent 12, making the time switch 8 hot.
