Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, with such a structure, when cooking in the oven, only the upper heater 4 heats the food, so uniform browning cannot be obtained. If the upper heater 4 is placed on the side of the food, only the top side of the food will be cooked and the bottom part will be uncooked, and if the upper heater 4 is placed on the side of the food, the center of the food will not be cooked and the food will be cooked. Got tired,
All I could get was poorly made ones. Furthermore, when cooking food that requires high heat and high temperature, such as grilling, the upper heater 4 needs to have high output.
An interior size that satisfies oven cooking requires a considerable amount of output, making it difficult to control the temperature with high accuracy, which increases the possibility that the electrical contacts of the constant temperature control device 7 will weld. If the contacts were welded, the temperature of the container body would rise abnormally, causing problems such as not only damage to the container body but also the risk of fire.

Effects According to the above configuration, the temperature inside the refrigerator is quickly raised by the upper and lower heaters, and the upper heater reaches a high temperature due to continuous energization, generating a large amount of radiant heat necessary for high-heat heating. Cooking becomes possible. At this time, the temperature of the lower heater is controlled by the temperature controller, so the temperature does not rise above the temperature allowed by the container. Furthermore, since the interior of the refrigerator is heated by the upper and lower heaters, and the upper heater is continuously energized, the rated output of the upper heater is lower than in the past, resulting in higher safety and reliability.

Next, the operation of the configuration of the above embodiment will be explained. When cooking cakes, roast chicken, etc. in the oven, use the lid 32 with the upper heater 38 attached.
is placed in the container 9, the appliance plug 53 of the connecting cord 49 is inserted into the heater connector 41, and the magnetic plug 51 is inserted into the peg frame 16. When the changeover switch 19 is set to the oven position, the movable contact 19a is connected to the fixed contact 19b, and the movable contact 19d is closed. Furthermore, the movable contact 19e is also closed, and the movable contact 19f
is connected to the fixed contact 19h. When the lever 22 is then set at the preset position, the operating temperature of the temperature controller 12 is set to the required temperature to correspond to the desired temperature. When timer 18 is set to the required time, the power is turned on and lower heater A is turned on.
10 and the upper heater 38 are energized at the same time to heat the inside of the refrigerator. At this time, the temperature controller 12 senses the temperature of the container 9, but since the container 9 is pot-shaped and the entire bottom surface is integrally formed, it has good heat sensitivity and has a very high correlation with the internal temperature. You can reliably set the desired temperature as high as you want. After preheating for about 10 minutes, open the lid 32, place the food (for example, a cake) on the rack 54, and hold the rack handle 57 to remove it from the rack support part 5.
6 is placed on the upper end of the container 9, and the lid 32 is covered again. Furthermore, when the timer 18 is set to a predetermined time, the lower heater A1
0 and upper heater 38 to apply uniform heating, and temperature controller 12 to maintain the optimum temperature. When the predetermined time has elapsed, the timer 18 automatically turns off the power, so the lid 32 is opened and the food is taken out. Post-cleaning is very simple, as it is sufficient to wash the pot-shaped container 9 with water, remove the upper heater 38 from the lid 32, and wash the lid 32 with water.

Next, when cooking grilled fish, yakitori, yakitori pork, etc. using high heat heating, when the selector switch 19 is switched to grill, the movable contact 19f is connected to the fixed contact 19g, and as a result, only the upper heater 38 is connected to the temperature controller 12. It becomes unrelated to the current state, and becomes in a state where continuous current can be applied. Then, when the timer 18 is set to a predetermined time position, the upper heater 38 and the lower heater A10
are energized at the same time and quickly heat up the inside of the refrigerator. When the predetermined temperature is reached, the temperature controller 12 is activated to control energization of the lower heater A10 to maintain the container 9 at a predetermined temperature, thereby preventing an abnormal temperature rise in the container 9. Further, the upper heater 38 is continuously energized, and the surface temperature of the heater becomes red hot and stable at about 650°C. Since the upper heater 38 is continuously energized in this way, it is heated over high heat and a large amount of radiant heat is generated, so that grill cooking can be performed satisfactorily. Moreover, according to experiments, the required heater output of the heater 38 is only about 500 W, so the lid 32, the lid handle 37, etc. will not be thermally deformed, and it is extremely safe.
Since the current flowing through the contacts is also small, there is almost no risk of welding of the electrical contacts. Also, during cooking, the lid 32
The cooking status can be checked through the glass window 45 on the top of the machine. When cooking food is heated, oil smoke, steam, etc. are generated, and these are designed to flow out of the container through the air hole 35 of the lid 32. When a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the timer 18 turns off the power to prevent overcooking, and a bell sounds to notify the user.

In this way, by simply operating the selector switch 19, it is possible to easily set oven cooking, which requires temperature accuracy, and grill cooking, which requires high heat heating and uses mainly radiant heat, making it possible to obtain products that are inexpensive and have excellent operability. It is possible.

In the above embodiment, the container 9 is made of pot-shaped aluminum, and the lower heaters 10 and 11 are cast at the same time, but the invention is not limited to this, and other modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the invention. It can be changed as appropriate.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, the lower heater and the temperature controller are disposed below the container, and when setting grill cooking, the temperature of only the lower heater is controlled by the temperature controller, and the upper heater is configured to be continuously energized, so when electricity starts, the upper and lower heaters quickly raise the temperature inside the refrigerator, and the upper heater reaches a high temperature due to continuous energization, which uses a large amount of radiant heat required for high-flame heating. In order to generate
It is possible to heat the grill with good high heat. Further, since the temperature of the container is prevented from rising abnormally by controlling the temperature of the lower heater, there is less risk of malfunction or fire. Furthermore, since the rated output of the upper heater can be set to a small value, failures of the temperature controller are reduced, and reliability and safety can be improved with a simple configuration.
