の差を演算するとともに、前記輝度レベルの差の絶対値
を前記メモリ部に書き込む演算部と、前記絶対値が所定
値以上の絵素のみを表示するモニタ部とを備えているの
で、微妙な欠陥を検出することができ、検査に要する時
間が短くてすむ。また、従来のように、オペレータによ
る検査基準の違いがないので、欠陥のある絵素を見落と

対値が所定値以上の絵素のみを表示するモニタ部とを具
備したことを特徴とするカラー液晶パネルの欠陥検出装
