Claims (1)
- 多数本一組のリードを連結一体化してリードの
一部を含む主要部分がトランスフア樹脂モールド
装置により樹脂被覆されるリードフレームにおい
て、上記トランスフア樹脂モールド装置上でエア
ベントと対向する部分に樹脂に対して密着性の良
好な金属層を形成したことを特徴とするリードフ
レーム。
