Claims (1)
- アイランド１の表面にダイボンデイングした半
導体チツプ２と、該アイランド１の裏面に該半導
体チツプ２のボンデイングパツド形成面を同一方
向としてダイボンデイングした該アイランド１よ
り外形が若干大きな半導体チツプ３と、該半導体
チツプ２及び３とリードフレーム４をワイヤボン
デイングして樹脂封止したことを特徴とする半導
体装置。
