Claims (1)
さおよび温度がそれぞれ所定のレベルに制御され
るようにした水槽、丼を置くための台板、だし汁
を下から汲み上げるための定量ポンプ、および濃
縮だし汁が入つただし汁容器を上から下へ順に配
置し、上記の台板上に丼を置いたたき上記水槽下
面の給湯用電磁が開いて水槽から所定量の熱水が
吐出されると共に、上記の定量ポンプが駆動され
てだし汁容器から所定量の濃縮だし汁が汲み上げ
られ、上記所定量の熱水および濃縮だし汁が混合
されて台板上の丼に注がれるようにしたことを特
徴とするだし汁の定量供給装置。 (2) 水槽の底に給湯用電磁弁を介して給湯ノズ
ルがその給湯通路先端を下方の台板上に向けて固
定され、定量ポンプの吸い込み側に接続した吸い
込みパイプがだし汁容器に挿入され、定量ポンプ
の吐出側に接続された吐出パイプの先端が上記給
湯ノズルの給湯通路と交差状に設けられているだ
し汁通路に接続されている請求項１記載のだし汁
の定量供給装置。 (3) 台板上の丼の有無を検出するための丼検出
器、およびこの丼検出器が丼を検出したとき給湯
用電磁弁を所定時間開き、かつ定量ポンプを所定
時間駆動するための制御装置を備えている請求項
