通路で連通し、上記サブタンクとエアレーシヨン
タンクの下部とを連通させる連通路にサブタンク
内の処理液をエアレーシヨンタンクに送る循環ポ
ンプを接続し、その連通路の処理液流出側の端部
に接続したノズルの先端と、このノズルと同軸上
に配置され、ノズルから噴出させる処理液を前記
エアレーシヨンタンクに送る供給管の処理液流入
側の端部を混合筒内の供給室に配置し、この混合
室の側部にエア吸込管の一端を連通し、エア吸込
管の他端を大気中に位置させたことを特徴とする
