(Prior Art) A thermo-press molded product of wood fiber pine is a molded product used as a base material for an automobile door trim. This is made by defibrating wood fibers into a cotton-like shape, then lightly binding them with synthetic resin, solidifying them into a flat plate, pressing them in a heated mold, and applying a specified pressure for a specified period of time to form them under heat. It is something. However, the pine used as the molding material has an unstable density, a difficult to define shape, and is easily torn and difficult to handle. For this reason, in the past, hot-press molding of such pine was done by hand by placing the pine one by one onto the mold and blending it along the unevenness of the mold.
Even after hot-press molding, a method is used to take out the material by obtaining it. However, this manual work of blending the mats tends to lead to variations in quality, and because it is done through so-called internal setup, it causes a decline in the operating rate of the press. It is necessary to take out the mat from above and then manually feed the next mat, and the press remains open during this time, which also causes a decrease in the operating rate of the press.

(Embodiment) The drawings show an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is a lifter that supports a pallet 2 in which a plurality of wood fiber mats 50 are stacked in a vertically movable manner; 3 is a lifter on the side of this lifter 1; This is the installed preform press. The preform press 3 includes a pair of upper and lower preform molds 4 and 5, a press cylinder 6 and a guide 7 that move the upper preform mold 4 up and down. A horizontal rail 8 is attached between the upper position of the lifter 1 and the preform press 3, and a mat take-out head 9 is movably provided on the rail 8. The mat take-out head 9 is a flat plate 11 that is moved up and down by a cylinder 10.
, a pine holding plate 13 elastically supported below through a spring 12, and a curved pawl 15 pivotally connected to the flat plate 11 and swinging downward by a cylinder 14. The mats 50 can be picked up one by one by protruding the claws 15 downward while the upper surfaces of the mats 50 on the pallet 2 are pressed down by the mat holding plate 13. Note that the preform types 4 and 5 mentioned above
is for preliminary molding into an intermediate shape for hot-pressing the mat 50 to the final shape, and the temperature, pressure, upper and lower mold spacing, etc. are the same as the heating mold 17 of the hot-pressing press 16, which will be described later. This is set more gently than 18.

Further, a preform transfer head 19 is provided between the preform press 3 and the hot press 16. This preform transfer head 19 has a slide arm 22 that can extend in both left and right directions attached to the lower surface of an elevating plate 21 that is supported by a cylinder 20 on the side of the preform press 3 so as to be able to rise and fall freely.
Further, a needle 24, which is driven by a cylinder 23, is attached to the lower surface thereof facing downward. Therefore, the slide arm 22 is extended to the left in the drawing to pick up the preformed intermediate molded product 51 from the preform press 3, and then the slide arm 22 is extended to the right to heat-press the intermediate molded product 51. 16 onto a heated mold 18. The hot press 16 is equipped with a pair of upper and lower heating molds 17 and 18 as in the past, and the intermediate molded product 51
A needle 25 for lifting the finished product 52 is attached to the lower surface of the heating mold 17 above the heated mold 17. Further to the side of this hot press 16, an unloader 26 is provided for taking out the finished product 52 from the heating mold 17 above. Note that 27 is a conveyor for discharging empty pallets 2.

(Function) Next, to explain a method for continuously forming a wood fiber base material using such a device, first, a pallet 2 loaded with a large number of wood fiber mats 50 is set on the lifter 1, and the mats are taken out. The head 9 is lowered to its upper surface and the pine 50 is held down by the pine holding plate 13.
The nail 15 that is bent while pressing is
Let it sink in. Next, the mat take-out head 9 is raised to pick up only one mat 50, and the mat 50 is moved horizontally along the rail 8, as shown in FIG. 5 Place it on top. The lifter 1 raises the pallet 2 by the thickness of one mat 50 each time the mat 50 is taken out.
Next, the upper preform mold 4 is moved to the press cylinder 6.
to preform the mat 50 into an intermediate shape. This preform improves the fit of the mat 50 to the mold, and prevents the mat from tearing or overlapping.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the preform is completed, the preform transfer head 19 enters the preform press 3 and picks up the intermediate molded body 51 with the needle 24. Next, the preform transfer head 19 enters the inside of the hot press 16 while descending as shown in FIG. After that, the upper heating mold 1
7 descends and applies temperature and pressure for a predetermined period of time to thermopress the intermediate molded body 51 into its final shape. At this time, unlike the conventional method, a preformed mat is hot-press molded, so that homogeneous molding can be performed without difficulty. When the hot press molding is completed, the upper heating mold 17 rises, but since the heating mold 17 has needles 25 protruding as described above, the finished product 52 is held by the needles 25 as shown in FIG. Rise. In this state, as shown in Figure 1, the unloader 2
6 enters the lower side of the heating mold 17, receives the finished product 52, and takes it out to the side. As shown in FIG. 1, the unloader 26 and the preform transfer head 19 enter the hot press 16 at the same time, so the supply of the intermediate molded product 51 and the removal of the finished product 52 are performed in parallel. This can be done simultaneously, and the operating rate of the hot press 16 will be significantly improved.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, the present invention can automatically heat and press wood fiber pine into a finished product, which not only saves labor, but also allows intermediate Since a preform process is provided, a finished product of uniform quality can be obtained without causing the pine to break or overlap. Further, according to the present invention, the work of blending the pine on the heating mold, which was conventionally done as an internal setup on the press machine, can be done externally, and in addition, as in the embodiment, the preformed intermediate molded body If the supply of the press and the removal of the finished product are performed in parallel, the operating rate of the hot press can be significantly increased. In addition, according to the present invention, there is no need for people to directly touch the mats, which tend to generate dust, and there is no need to manually supply or remove mats from a high-temperature heating mold, which is preferable from a safety standpoint. It is. Therefore, the present invention can significantly contribute to the industry as a solution to the conventional problems.
