After adding flame retardants, stabilizers, etc., it is formed into a sheet by, for example, calendering. The amount of the above materials added is 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, 10 to 500 parts by weight of inorganic compounding agent, 3 to 100 parts by weight of plasticizer,
The flame retardant is used in an amount of 0 to 10 parts by weight, and the stabilizer is used in an amount of 2 to 6 parts by weight. Outside these ranges, flame retardancy is poor or problems arise in processability and cost, which is not preferable. In particular, it is preferable to add two or more flame retardants.

The reinforcing cloth is for reinforcing the vinyl chloride sheet. As the reinforcing cloth, it is preferable to use one that has been subjected to flameproofing treatment, for example, by coating with metal foil or the like.

かつた。 50 parts by weight of calcium carbonate as an inorganic compounding agent per 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, and as a plasticizer.
40 parts by weight of DOP and 2 parts by weight of antimony trioxide were used as a flame retardant. The thickness was 0.8mm. This lath sheet had a tensile strength of 3 kg/10 mm or more, a tear strength of 1 kg or more, and a tensile elongation of 15% or more. On the other hand, when we investigated commercially available asphalt felt truss sheets with a thickness of 2.5 mm, we found that the tensile strength was as low as 0.5 or less, the tear strength was 0.1 Kg or less, and the tensile elongation was 5% or less. It was significantly inferior. Furthermore, when both samples were brought close to the flame of an alcohol lamp, the asphalt felt truss sheet burned immediately, whereas the lath sheet according to the present invention did not burn.
