The flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride sheet 1 is made of a vinyl chloride resin or a copolymer resin of a resin copolymerizable with vinyl chloride, at least an inorganic compounding agent, a plasticizer,
After adding flame retardants, stabilizers, etc., it is formed into a sheet by, for example, calendering. The amount of the above materials added is 100 parts by weight of vinyl chloride resin, 10 to 500 parts by weight of inorganic compounding agent, 3 to 100 parts by weight of plasticizer,
The flame retardant is used in an amount of 0 to 10 parts by weight, and the stabilizer is used in an amount of 2 to 6 parts by weight. Outside these ranges, flame retardancy is poor or problems arise in processability and cost, which is not preferable. In particular, it is preferable to add two or more flame retardants.

As the flame retardant, antimony trioxide, tricresyl phosphate, monoammonium phosphate, etc. are used, and as the stabilizer, lead-based, calcium-based, and zinc-based ones are preferably used.

The thickness of the sheet is preferably in the range of 0.3 to 1.2 mm.
If it is less than 0.3 mm, the strength will be poor, and if it is more than 1.2 mm, it will be unfavorable in terms of workability, cost, etc.

The reinforcing fabric 2 may be a nonwoven fabric or woven fabric made of natural fibers such as cotton or hemp, or synthetic fibers such as polyester, vinylon, nylon, or polypropylene, or a nonwoven fabric or woven fabric made of inorganic fibers such as cheesecloth or glass fiber. The reinforcing cloth is for reinforcing the vinyl chloride sheet. As the reinforcing cloth, it is preferable to use one that has been subjected to flameproofing treatment, for example, by coating with metal foil or the like.

Lamination of the polyvinyl chloride sheet and the reinforcing fabric may be carried out by laminating the reinforcing fabric on a sheet that has been calendered and is still kept at a high temperature (e.g. 80°C or higher), or conversely, the reinforcing fabric may be laminated by heating the reinforcing fabric. Alternatively, vinyl chloride sheets may be laminated under pressure.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the flame-retardant and waterproof lath sheet according to the invention has excellent waterproof properties and has good flame retardancy due to the flame-retardant compound, and also has a desired flame retardant property depending on the material of the reinforcing fabric. It has the following characteristics: it can be used at a low cost because it can be used with waste plastics, and there is no problem with stapling with a stapler.

50 parts by weight of calcium carbonate as an inorganic compounding agent per 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride, and as a plasticizer.
40 parts by weight of DOP and 2 parts by weight of antimony trioxide were used as a flame retardant. The thickness was 0.8mm. This lath sheet had a tensile strength of 3 kg/10 mm or more, a tear strength of 1 kg or more, and a tensile elongation of 15% or more. On the other hand, when we investigated commercially available asphalt felt truss sheets with a thickness of 2.5 mm, we found that the tensile strength was as low as 0.5 or less, the tear strength was 0.1 Kg or less, and the tensile elongation was 5% or less. It was significantly inferior. Furthermore, when both samples were brought close to the flame of an alcohol lamp, the asphalt felt truss sheet burned immediately, whereas the lath sheet according to the present invention did not burn.

On the other hand, regarding water resistance, when the flame retardant waterproof glass sheet was immersed in water and taken out after 1 hour and examined, the water absorption rate was less than 0.1% and there was no decrease in strength.
The commercially available lath sheet mentioned above has a water absorption rate of 3% and a strength decrease of 5.
