保ちつつ比較的硬く通気性を維持しているもので
ある。パームロツクは、やし繊維に接着剤をまぶ
し加圧したもので樹脂綿と同様に製品の厚さ寸法
90mm程度にしてクツシヨン性を保ちつつ折り曲げ
可能であるが比較的硬く通気性を維持しているも

かかり床ずれが生じるようなことのないようにし

する凹凸面を創出して自然な姿勢で支持し、且つ
上記クツシヨン体よりも柔らかな補助部材を出し
入れ自在に設けたので、感触良く、利用者にとつ
て身体の背骨を自然な湾曲に合わせて支持できる
任意の形状にしたマツトレスに横臥でき寝ごごち
良く、且つ体圧を平均的に受けるので床ずれが起
きにくいものとなり、クツシヨン体は樹脂綿やパ
ームロツクなどの半硬質の材質でなるから通気性
を有し且つ安定した使用とヘタリの少ないマツト
