The mounting hole 3 is for inserting a screw 2 for fixing a switch body 7, an operating handle 6, etc., which will be described later, to a built-in box X or construction surface W shown in FIG. 10. A bent piece 5 that is bent upward is formed at both ends in contact with the large opening window 61 at the center of the mounting frame 1, and a protruding auxiliary fulcrum 5a is provided at the center of the upper end surface of this bent piece 5. has been done. This auxiliary fulcrum 5
The point a serves as a fulcrum against which the lower surface of the operating handle 6 of the switch body 7 contacts and causes the operating handle 6 to see-saw in both directions. In addition, both ends of the mounting frame 1 are bent downward as shown in Fig. 2, and this bent portion 1b has a shape with a large section modulus to prevent deformation and warping in the longitudinal direction when tightening screws. It is intended to obtain. Further, the switch main body 7 is housed in an open window 61 of the mounting frame 1 so as to be held therebetween. Reference numeral 8 denotes screw holes formed on both sides of the mounting frame 1, into which assembly screws 9 for fixing the switch body 7 to the mounting frame 1 are screwed. Reference numeral 10 denotes an operating body of the switch body 7. This operating body 10 forms a so-called fitting boss portion, and has a square rib 12 protruding from the center of a recessed chamber 13 having an open top surface. As shown in FIG. 3, the rib 12 has grooves 11 formed on each surface thereof, the top and side surfaces of which are open. Reference numeral 24 denotes a square frame-shaped lower frame that is slightly larger than the mounting frame 1 and located below the mounting frame 1. An opening 25 in the center of the lower frame 24 is for passing the switch body 7 through. Further, contact portions 26 on which both ends of the mounting frame 1 are placed are formed at both ends of the lower frame 24 . The opening 25 has a horizontal dimension a, a vertical dimension c larger than a, and a vertical dimension d smaller than b. Contact portion 2 of the lower frame 224
6 is formed with a protrusion 26a that fits into the hole 4 of the mounting frame 1, and by fitting the protrusion 26a and the hole 4, the mounting frame 1 and the lower frame 24 are positioned at their normal positions. become. 27 is a rib formed on the periphery of the opening 25 of the lower frame, and 28 is a long groove cut on both sides and both ends of the lower frame 24. A notch 29 for loose fitting with the screw 2 when the lower frame 24 is brought into contact with the construction surface W is formed in the contact portion 26 of the lower frame 24 corresponding to the mounting hole 3 of the mounting frame 1. has been done. In addition, the lower frame 24 is made of glass fiber, for example.
It is formed by plastic molding of thermoplastic resins such as PBT resin, Noryl resin, and ABS resin to obtain high hardness as well as elasticity. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, on the back side of both sides of the lower frame 24, recesses 24a are formed in the longitudinal direction to secure a space for installing a panel cover H for insulation purposes, which is used when installing with clamps for boxless construction. . Reference numeral 30 denotes a square frame-shaped plate body, and the bottom surface 30 is approximately the same size as the lower frame 24.
As shown in FIGS. 5a to 5c, a rib 31 is formed to fit into the rib 27 of the lower frame 24, and a positioning protrusion 32 that fits into the long groove 28 is also integrally formed. . And the lower frame 24 and the plate body 30
The lower frame 24 and the plate body 30 when brought into contact with each other.
A groove 33 is formed around the entire circumference of the outer periphery, and the groove 33 is designed to make the whole look thinner. Note that this groove 33 may be formed in the lower frame 24. The window hole 34 in the center of the plate body 30 is
It is larger than the operation handle 6 of the switch body 7, and a support portion 35 is formed on the inner periphery of the window hole 34, and flexible locking claws 36 are formed at both ends. Reference numeral 37 designates a square frame-shaped middle frame, which is made of die-cast material to provide strength. and the fifth
As shown in Figure b, the stepped portion 3 that engages with the locking pawl 36
8 are provided on the outer side of both ends of the middle frame 37, and a contact portion 39 is further formed on the inner periphery to protrude inwardly, and this middle frame 3
7 is placed on the support portion 35 of the plate main body 30. At this time, the locking pawl 36 is fitted into the stepped portion 38 to integrate the middle frame 37 and the plate main body 30. As shown in FIG. 5a, the support portions 35 between the locking claws 36 fit into the recesses 36a of the middle frame 37. The amount of inner protrusion of the abutment portion 39 prevents the interior from being seen through the gap created when the operating handle 6 is attached. In this state, the upper end of the periphery of the middle frame 37 protrudes from the periphery of the window hole 34 of the plate main body 30, emphasizing the beauty of the external design. 4
0 is a fixing screw which is screwed into the screw hole 1a of the mounting frame 1 to fix the plate main body 30 to the mounting frame 1.
The operating handle 6 of the switch body 7 is connected to the rib 1 of the operating body 10 of the switch body 7, as shown in FIG. 5a.
A cylindrical rib 41 that loosely fits into the recess 2 and fits within the recess 13 is integrally formed on the back surface thereof. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 3, notches 13a with upper openings are formed in both side walls of the operating body 10, and a substantially U-shaped fixing spring 14 is accommodated in the recessed chamber 13. This fixed spring 14 is formed from a bottom surface 17 having a claw piece 15 protruding inwardly that engages with the groove 11 of the rib 12 and a chrysanthemum hole 16 formed in the center thereof, and side pieces 18, 18. . The upper end of the side piece 18 of the fixed spring 14 is opened outward to form a guide piece 19, and is cut upward from the middle to form a locking piece 20.
Note that the upper end of the guide piece 19 is housed so as not to protrude beyond the upper end surface of the operating body 10. 21 in Figure 3
is a hole cut in the upper surface of the concave chamber 13 below the groove 11 of the rib 12, and the hole 16 of the fixed spring 14 is inserted into the rib 12.
When the protruding piece 15 of the chrysanthemum hole 16 is press-fitted into the groove 11, the shavings generated when the protrusion 15 of the chrysanthemum hole 16 is press-fitted into the groove 11 are stored in the hole 21. is prevented from shifting and fitting into the recessed chamber 13. Note that the hole 21 may be replaced with a protrusion. A display element 23 indicates that the load is on, and a display element 22 indicates that the load is off. In addition, the operation handle 6
The cylindrical rib 41 on the back side is formed with a rib 42 that fits into the notch 13a at a position corresponding to the central axis on which the operating handle 6 reverses, and the spring 14 is engaged on the side where force is applied during the reverse operation. A protrusion 43 that engages with the stopper piece 20 is formed, and the plate body 30
It is attached to the switch body 7 by loosely fitting into the window hole 34 of the switch body 7. Reference numeral 44 denotes a transparent body attached to an elongated hole 45 formed approximately in the center of the operating handle 6, and is formed long on the reverse movement direction side of the operating handle 6, so that the blinking state of the display elements 22 and 23 can be monitored from the outside. This can be visually confirmed, and the display elements 22 and 23 are arranged so that the side on which the operating handle 6 is tilted lights up to facilitate confirmation. This transparent body 44 has extending pieces on both sides as shown in FIG. 6a, and the extending pieces have chrysanthemum holes 44
This hole 44a has a diameter 44a, and is fixed by being press-fitted into a boss 80 protruding from both sides of the hole 45 on the back surface of the top plate 6, as shown in FIG. 6b.

First, as shown in FIG. 10, the switch body 7 is fixed to the mounting frame 1, wiring is applied, and the mounting frame 1 is fixed to the embedded box X or the construction surface W with screws 2. Next, a decorative material Y such as a cloth is attached to the construction surface W, and the decorative material Y is cut along the mounting frame 1 to expose the switch body 7. After loosening the screws 2, the lower frame 24 is attached to the lower surface of the mounting frame 1. In this case, first loosely fit the screw 2 into the notch 2a and insert the mounting frame 1 into the lower frame 24 through the opening 25.
After that, the lower frame 24 is moved to the regular position. Therefore, the lower frame 24 can be mounted on the lower surface of the mounting frame 1 without removing the mounting frame 1. And the contact part 2 of the lower frame 24
6, the hole 4 of the mounting frame 1 is fitted into the protrusion 26a of the lower frame 24, and the screw 2 is tightened. Therefore, even if the decorative material Y is thick, by tightening the screws 2, the entire decorative material Y in contact with the lower frame 24 is pressed against the construction surface W side. Next, tighten the plate body 3 with the fixing screw 40.
0 to the mounting frame 1, the operation handle 6 is loosely fitted into the window hole 34, and the concave chamber 1 of the operation body 10 is inserted.
3, the cylindrical rib 41 of the operating handle 6 is pushed in, and the protrusion 43 of the cylindrical rib 41 is locked to the locking piece 20 of the fixing spring 14 to mount the switch body 7.
Therefore, there is no need to worry about the operating body 10 being stained by the decorative material Y such as cloth. And in this case,
By fixing the middle frame 37 to the mounting frame 1 and forming the contact portion 39, the operation handle 6 of the switch body 7
Even when the operating handle 6 is larger than the operating body 10, the reversal angle can be ensured at the normal position.

Therefore, when screwing and fixing the mounting frame to the mounting surface, even if high-grade wall mounting is used, such as cloth or wall material that is thick and soft, the screwing part will not sink significantly due to the function of the lower frame. As a result, the plate portion including the plate main body does not warp, and therefore the mutual positional relationship between the plate portion, the surface plate, and the mounting frame does not change and is stable. Furthermore, due to the combination of the plate body and bottom frame, the thick plate part can be seen from the mounting surface, giving a solid feel, and the combination line of the plate body and bottom frame can be seen from the side, further enhancing the solidity. This effect is achieved. Further, in the second aspect of the invention, the conductor wire is introduced into the device body through a conductor insertion hole opened on the back side of the device body so as to correspond to a locking spring for locking the conductor supported by the current-carrying metal fitting in the device body. It is slidably housed in an indicator hole that is arranged parallel to the abutting part where the tip of the conductor of the electric wire touches and the conductor insertion hole, and the tip protrudes into and out of the device body from the indicator hole.
It is composed of a display piece integrally formed with a retractable display part, and is equipped with a conductor introduction display means that allows the tip of the display part to be retracted from the display hole when the conductor of the lead-in wire pushes up the abutting part. When connected to a locking spring, the display part of the display piece can be retracted from the display hole by pushing the abutting part of the display piece, and the display part of the display piece can be retracted from the display hole. Accordingly, the connection condition of the electric wires can be easily seen, and the electric wires can be reliably connected to the appliance main body.
