In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a metal mounting frame that is rigid and strong, with oval mounting holes 3 drilled at both ends, and positioning holes at diagonally corresponding positions to the mounting holes 3. 4 is formed. The mounting holes 3 are for inserting screws 2 for fixing a switch body 7, a surface plate 6, etc., which will be described later, to the embedded box X or the construction surface W. A bent piece 5 that is bent upward is formed at both ends in contact with the large opening window 61 at the center of the mounting frame 1, and a protruding auxiliary fulcrum 5a is provided at the center of the upper end surface of this bent piece 5. has been done. This auxiliary fulcrum 5a serves as a fulcrum against which the lower surface of the surface plate 6, which serves as the operating handle of the switch body 7, comes into contact and allows the surface plate 6 to see-saw in both directions. In addition, both ends of the mounting frame 1 are bent downward as shown in Fig. 2, and this bent portion 1b has a shape with a large section modulus to prevent deformation and warping in the longitudinal direction when tightening screws. It is intended to obtain. Further, the switch body 7 is housed in an open window 61 of the mounting frame 1 so as to be held therebetween. Reference numeral 8 denotes screw holes formed on both sides of the mounting frame 1, into which assembly screws 9 for fixing the switch body 7 to the mounting frame 1 are screwed. Reference numeral 10 denotes an operating body of the switch body 7. This operating body 10 forms a so-called fitting boss portion, and has a square rib 12 protruding from the center of a recessed chamber 13 having an open top surface. As shown in FIG. 3, the rib 12 has grooves 11 formed on each surface thereof, the top and side surfaces of which are open. Reference numeral 24 denotes a rectangular frame that is slightly larger than the mounting frame 1 and located below the mounting frame 1. An opening 25 in the center of the lower frame 24 is for passing the switch body 7. Further, contact portions 26 on which both ends of the mounting frame 1 are placed are formed at both ends of the lower frame 24 . Note that, assuming that the horizontal dimension of the mounting frame 1 is a and the vertical dimension is b, the opening 25 has a horizontal dimension c larger than a, and a vertical dimension d smaller than b. The contact portion 26 of the lower frame 24 has a protrusion 26a that fits into the hole 4 of the mounting frame 1.

A notch 29 is formed for loose fitting with the screw 2 when the screw 4 is brought into contact with the construction surface W.
In addition, the lower frame 24 is made of glass fiber, for example.
It is formed by plastic molding of thermoplastic resin such as PBT resin, Noryl resin, and ABS resin to obtain hardness as well as elasticity. In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, recesses 24a are formed in the longitudinal direction on both sides of the lower side of the lower frame 24 to secure a space for installing a panel cover H for insulation purposes, which is used when installing with clamps for boxless construction. There is. Reference numeral 30 denotes a square frame-shaped plate main body, which has a bottom surface 30a that is approximately the same size as the lower frame 24, and has a rib 31 that fits with the rib 27 of the lower frame 24, and a positioning plate that fits into the long groove 28. The protrusion 32 is integrally formed. Then, when the lower frame 24 and the plate main body 30 are in contact with each other, the groove 3 is formed all around the outer peripheral edge of the lower frame 24 and the plate main body 30.
3 is formed, and this groove 33 is designed to make the whole look thinner. Note that this groove 33 may be formed in the lower frame 24. The window hole 34 in the center of the plate body 30 is formed larger than the operating body 10 of the switch body 7, and a support portion 35 is formed on the inner periphery of the window hole 34, and flexible engagement members are formed at both ends. A retaining pawl 36 is formed. 37 is a square frame-shaped middle frame, which is made of diamond cast to provide strength. As shown in FIG. 5b, stepped portions 38 that engage with the locking claws 36 are provided on the outside of both ends of the middle frame 37, and contact portions 39 are further formed on the inner periphery to protrude inward. , this middle frame 37 is placed on the support portion 35 of the plate main body 30. At this time, the locking pawl 36 is fitted into the stepped portion 38, and the middle frame 37 and the plate body 3 are connected to each other.
It is integrated with 0. As shown in FIG.
to fit. The amount of inner protrusion of the contact portion 39 prevents the inside from being seen through the gap created when the surface plate 6 is attached. In this state, the upper end of the periphery of the middle frame 37 is aligned with the window hole 3 of the plate main body 30.
It stands out from the periphery of 4, emphasizing the beauty of the exterior design. 40 is a fixing screw, which is inserted into the screw hole 1a of the mounting frame 1.
The plate main body 30 is fixed to the mounting frame 1 by screwing into the plate body 30. The surface plate 6, which is the operation handle of the switch body 7, loosely fits into the rib 12 of the operation body 10 of the switch body 7, as shown in FIG.
A cylindrical rib 41 that fits within the cylindrical portion 3 is integrally formed on the back surface of the cylindrical rib 41 . On the other hand, as shown in FIG.

Next, a method for attaching the wiring device of the present invention to the construction surface W will be explained. First, as shown in FIG. 10, the switch body 7 is fixed to the mounting frame 1, wiring is applied, and the mounting frame 1 is fixed to the embedded box X or the construction surface W with screws 2. Next, a decorative material Y such as a cloth is attached to the construction surface W, and the decorative material Y is cut along the mounting frame 1 to expose the switch body 7. After loosening the screws 2, the lower frame 24 is attached to the lower surface of the mounting frame 1. In this case, first loosely fit the screw 2 into the notch 2a and insert the mounting frame 1 into the lower frame 24 through the opening 25.
After that, the lower frame 24 is moved to the regular position. Therefore, the lower frame 24 can be mounted on the lower surface of the mounting frame 1 without removing the mounting frame 1. And the contact part 2 of the lower frame 24
6, the hole 4 of the mounting frame 1 is fitted into the protrusion 26a of the lower frame 24, and the screw 2 is tightened. Therefore, even if the decorative material Y is thick, by tightening the screws 2, the entire decorative material Y in contact with the lower frame 24 is pressed against the construction surface W side. Next, tighten the plate body 3 with the fixing screw 40.
0 to the mounting frame 1, the surface plate 6 is inserted into the window hole 34.
At the same time, the cylindrical rib 41 of the surface plate 6 is pushed into the concave chamber 13 of the operating body 10 and the fixing spring 14 is loosely fitted.
The switch body 7 is attached by locking the protrusion 43 of the cylindrical rib 41 to the locking piece 20 of the switch body 7. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the operating body 10 being soiled by the decorative material Y such as cloth. In this case, by fixing the middle frame 37 to the mounting frame 1 and forming the abutment part 39, the surface plate 6 serves as the operating body 10 of the switch body 7.
Even if the surface plate 6 is larger than the operating handle, the reversal angle can be maintained at the correct position.

By the way, since the switch main body 7 has a display element fixed at a different position from the operating body 10, the fixed position of the display elements 22 and 23 is located away from the upper position of the switch mechanism that interlocks with the operating body 10. , each display element 22, 23 is electrically insulated from the switch mechanism, and the display element 22, 2 is electrically insulated by the arc when the contact is opened/closed.
3 is damaged, and since the display elements 22 and 23 themselves do not move like the operating body 10, there is no possibility of wire breakage.
3 is not provided, it is not necessary to assemble the display elements 22, 23 and the operating body 10 at the same time, making assembly easier.

The present invention includes a lower frame that is placed on a mounting surface such as a recessed box or construction surface, and a device that is placed on the surface of the lower frame and fixed to the mounting surface by screwing, and a protruding opening window that is attached to a switch body or an outlet body. A mounting frame into which the main body is fitted, a plate main body which has a bottom surface of approximately the same size as the lower frame and has a window hole through which the device main body is exposed, and which is assembled to the lower frame with the mounting frame interposed therebetween, and the plate main body. The top plate is loosely fitted into the window hole of the switch and is attached to the switch body, so when screwing the mounting frame onto the mounting surface, it can be mounted on a high-grade wall surface, even if the wall material is thick and soft. Even when used, the screwed part does not sink significantly due to the function of the lower frame, and as a result, the plate part including the plate body does not warp, and the mutual position of the plate part, surface plate, and mounting frame is improved. This has the effect that the relationship is stable without changing, and furthermore, the inner frame is fitted into the inner circumference of the window hole of the plate body and fixed to the mounting frame, and the inner frame is loosely fitted into the opening surrounded by the inner frame. Since the surface plate that forms the operating handle attached to the switch body is used, the above-mentioned lower frame prevents the plate from warping, resulting in stable operation and opening/closing functions of the switch body. In addition, the gap between the front plate and the window hole is reduced by the middle frame, which improves the appearance, allows the reversal angle to be determined reliably, and has the effect of giving a high-class image. .
