ヨンの内圧を検出する内圧検出手段と、上記荷重
検出手段により検出された荷重に対する内圧の関
係を記憶する記憶手段と、上記荷重検出手段で検
出された荷重に基づいて上記記憶手段から内圧を
求め、この内圧になるように上記流体供給・排出
手段を制御する制御手段とを具備したことを特徴
