The method of filling and solidifying white powder, eyeshadow, blush, mascara, etc. into the inner tray for compacts has traditionally been to put a certain amount of the cosmetic powder into the inner tray for compacts, and then compress and solidify with a press mold. However, in this method, the fluidity is impaired due to the adhesion of the powder itself and the small amount of oil it contains, so the degree of compression and solidification of the powder becomes uneven, resulting in chips, cracks, etc.
It has the disadvantage of being prone to cracks, etc., and the apparent bulk of the powder changes depending on unevenness during powder manufacturing, humidity and temperature during compression and solidification, making it difficult to fill an accurate amount of powder. Since it is easy to scatter and is inconvenient to handle, it also has the drawback that the filling pressure and solidification process is slow and productivity is low.

A jig 1 is a holder for storing a compact 3, and a hole 2 is bored in the bottom of the compact 3 storage part, and a filling hole communicating with the hole 2 is formed in the bottom of a saucer 4 provided inside the compact 3. An injection nozzle 6 for injecting the cosmetic material 7 is inserted into the hole 2 and press-fitted to the filling hole 5.
Next, on the lower surface of the mounting plate 11 which is raised and lowered by the air cylinder 10, a water absorbent body 8 is fixed so as to be able to press against the surface of the tray 4 of the compact 3 stored in the jig 1. A vacuum suction chamber 9 is formed between the top surface of the mounting plate 8 and the ceiling surface of the mounting plate 11, and the vacuum suction chamber 9 and the outside of the mounting plate 11 are communicated with each other by a female screw 12 for connection and a ventilation hole 13. . Further, a carved part 14 having an uneven pattern is bored on the lower surface of the water absorbent body 8, and a net cloth 15 attached between the roller 16 and the winding device 17 is housed between the lower surface of the water absorbent body 8 and the jig 1. It is interposed between the upper surface of the tray 4 of the compact 3.

In this way, the cosmetic material 7, which has been made into a slurry by adding a solvent, is filled from the injection nozzle 6 through the hole 2 and the filling hole 5 into the saucer 4 so that a constant injection pressure is maintained. For example, the solvent in the cosmetic 7 is absorbed into the water absorbent body 8 through the mesh cloth 15,
Further, the solvent absorbed in the water absorbing body 8 evaporates into the vacuum suction chamber 9 which is evacuated, and is discharged to the outside of the mounting plate 11 through the vent hole 13 and the female thread 12.

The cosmetic material 7 injected from the injection nozzle 6 is filled into the tray 4 while maintaining a constant injection pressure by a piston mechanism (not shown). Therefore, the cosmetics 7 in the saucer 4 exist continuously with the cosmetics 7 in the piston part or the cosmetics 7 storage tank, and the solvent in the cosmetics 7 in the saucer 4 is not sucked. This means that the solvent of the cosmetic 7 in the piston part or the cosmetic 7 storage tank is successively sucked up into the cosmetic 7 in the saucer 4, and it takes unnecessary effort for the cosmetic 7 in the saucer 4 to solidify to the desired state. It takes time to remove the compact 3 from the jig 1 after the cosmetic 7 has solidified,
When replacing the compact 3 with a new one and filling the tray 4 with new cosmetics 7, there is a drawback that the filling cannot be done smoothly because the solvent is already insufficient and solidification has progressed.

When the cosmetic 7 is filled into a container made of the water absorbent 8, pressure of the cosmetic 7 is continuously applied to the surface of the water absorbent 8 that is in contact with the cosmetic 7.
The solvent is absorbed continuously and the absorption rate of the solvent increases, but when the water absorbent body 8 is only in contact with the top surface of the cosmetic 7, the solvent on the contact surface is quickly absorbed, but the next In the stage , the solvent is sequentially raised from the lower layer of the cosmetic material 7, and absorption becomes intermittent. Moreover, in this device, since the net cloth 15 is interposed between the water absorbent body 8 and the cosmetic material 7, the absorption rate further decreases, as described in the specification of JP-A-56-127305. , almost instantaneously removes the solvent from Cosmetic 7.
It is impossible to absorb 100%.

Furthermore, in the invention, the solvent is sucked into the vacuum suction chamber 9 by vacuum suction, but
In this case, unlike a vacuum cleaner, strong winds due to pressure differences are not generated, and there is no heating, so rather than suction, transpiration depends only on the volatility of the solvent, but the transpiration rate The amount is determined by the particle density of the cosmetic 7, the net cloth 15 and the water absorbent material 8.
It is also affected by the density etc. Therefore, smooth evaporation of the vaporized solvent particles is inhibited, and as described in the specification, after the solidification of the cosmetic material 7 is completed,
This makes it necessary to blow pressurized hot air from the vacuum suction chamber 9 into the water absorbent body 8 separated from the surface of the cosmetic 7 to contain and evaporate the solvent remaining in the water absorbent body 8. be.

That is, the evaporation of the solvent in this device is a method that cannot be said to be rapid or reliable, and it is necessary to perform the opposite operations alternately, such as evacuating the vacuum suction chamber 9 or pumping hot air. , Cosmetics 7 has an unreasonable drawback in terms of solidification process.

In order to solve the drawbacks of the conventional containers as described above, the device for filling and solidifying slurry cosmetics according to this invention is equipped with a stopper in the cosmetics filling part to regulate the amount of cosmetics filled, and the evaporation range of the solvent is This method prevents the solvent from reaching areas other than the cosmetic area to be solidified, and forces the solvent to evaporate by forcing drying air onto the cosmetic surface.

Next, the process of using the device of the present invention will be explained.
Compact inner plate 3 with a through hole 31 in the bottom
2 into the inner plate storage part 18, the pressure pad 25 is lowered to press the screen 27 onto the upper surface of the inner plate 32, and then the cylinder 21 is raised so that its tip hole 23 is connected to the turntable 19. However, at this time, the stopper 24 is in a lowered state within the cylinder 21. Therefore, if the muddy cosmetic material 7 is press-fitted into the filling channel 22 of the cylinder 21, the tip hole 2
3. Since the cosmetic 7 is filled into the inner tray 32 through the injection hole 20 and the through hole 31, the stopper 24 is raised, and when the stopper 24 closes the tip hole 23, the cosmetic 7 is placed on the screen 27 surface. Once they are just touching, the filling process is complete.

Therefore, if drying air is forced into the air vent path 29, the drying air is blown into the screen 27 through the air path 30, rises above the solvent diffusion chamber 26 while blowing over the entire surface of the cosmetic material 7, and passes through the diffusion path 28 into the screen 27. However, the solvent of the cosmetic 7 is rapidly evaporated due to the volatility of the solvent itself and the suction force generated by the passing of the drying air, and is released outside the pressure applying area 25 along with the drying air. Therefore, if the blowing of air is stopped when the cosmetic material 7 reaches a predetermined degree of solidification, the solidification process is completed. All that is left to do is to raise the pressure pad 25 and lower the cylinder 21, rotate the turntable 19, and insert the medium plate 3 into the next medium plate storage section 18.
2 directly below the pressure pad 25 and repeating the above steps, an inner tray 32 filled with the cosmetic material 7 to be continuously solidified can be obtained.

Since the drying air is diffused within the screen 27 and covers the entire surface of the cosmetic 7, the solvent is evaporated evenly from the entire surface of the cosmetic 7, and the solvent is forced to evaporate by controlling the speed, temperature, etc. of the drying air. Since the ratio can be adjusted, it can correspond to changes in the type of cosmetic material 7 and the amount of solvent added to it,
The most efficient solidification is always possible.
