化粧料を瞬時に固化せしめることを可能とした化
粧料の充填固化方法に係り、更に詳しくは化粧料
受皿を有するコンパクトの身或はコンパクトの身
に収納される中皿の上面に吸収体を圧接した後、
前記受皿或は中皿に溶剤で溶かし粘性にされた化
粧料を圧力圧入充填すると同時に吸収体の裏面よ
り真空吸引することにより吸収体に含浸される化
粧料の溶剤を充填が完了するまで吸引し、化粧料
を瞬時的に効率良く充填固化せしめることを特徴
とした化粧料の充填固化方法に関するものであ

粧料を充填と同時に瞬時に効率良く固化せしめる
ことを可能とした新しい技術に関するものであ

図により先ず本発明の方法を実施する装置につ
いて一実施例を具体的に説明すると、第1図に於
て、1はコンパクトの身或は皿等を収納し得る凹
所を上部中央に有する受け治具であつて、その底
部から凹所に亘つては後述の射出ノズルを挿入し
得る穴2が穿孔されている。3は前記治具1の凹
所に挿入されたコンパクトの身であつて、その内
部には化粧料を収納し得る受皿4が穿設され、か
つその底部には化粧料の充填孔5が穿孔されてい
る。次に6は化粧料7を射出し得る射出ノズルで
あつて、前記治具1の底部から孔2内に挿入しそ
の先端はコンパクトの身3の受皿4の充填孔5に
圧着されている。この射出ノズル6の下部にはエ
アーシリンダー等によつて駆動されるピストン機
構等が連結されており(図示せず)、粉末化粧料
を溶剤により粘性状にした化粧料7を一定の射出
圧入圧力状態が持続されて射出し得る如く構成さ
れている。更に8は射出ノズル6よりコンパクト
の身3の受皿4内に充填された化粧料7の溶剤を
吸収するための上部中央に真空吸引室9を有する
吸収体であつて、吸取紙或は高分子粉粒体を焼結
することによつて製造した吸水性多孔質高分子板
等より構成されている。この吸収体8はエアーシ
リンダー10によつて昇降される吸収体取付板1
1の下面に固定されており、又この取付板11に
は化粧料充填と同時に吸収体8を通して溶剤を吸
引する為に或は化粧料7が固化した後に吸収した
溶剤を熱風により蒸発乾燥させるため端部の連結
雌ネジ12から下面に連通したほゞカギ状の通気
孔13が穿孔されている。前記吸収体8の下面の
一部には所定の凹凸模様を有する彫刻部14が穿
設されている。続いて、15は前記治具1と吸収
体8の間に介入された網布であつて、ローラ16
及び巻取装置17によつて間歇的に移送し得る如

した後、粉末化粧料に溶剤が25〜35%添加され撹
拌された粘性化粧料7を射出ノズル6を治具1の
底部から孔2内に挿入し、その先端はコンパクト
の身3の受皿4の充填孔5に圧着し、受皿4に4
〜6Kg/cm2の射出圧入圧力で充填する。又一方で
はこの充填と同時に真空装置(図示せず)と連結
されている雌ネジ12、通気孔13を介して真空
吸引室9内を真空吸引することによつて吸引室9
の周りの吸収体8が吸引して来る溶剤をこの吸引
室9の中に強制的に吸引し、受皿4内に充填され
た化粧料の溶剤を瞬時に蒸発せしめることが出来
る。更に受皿内の充填化粧料7内の吸収された溶
剤の減少分は射出ノズル6よりオーバーパツクさ
れるので受皿内の充填化粧料7には射出充填中は
常に上記の4〜6Kg/cm2の射出圧入圧力状態が持
続されるので吸収体8の吸水毛細管現象が真空吸
引によつて更に増幅されて5〜10秒の充填時間で
溶剤のほゞ100%近くが吸収されて了い化粧料の

よつて化粧料の溶剤を瞬間的にほゞ100%蒸発さ
せて固化せしめることが出来、従つて従来の如く
徐々に固化する際に化粧料に陥没やヒビ割れが発
生したり、或は化粧料全体が収縮して皿より脱落
する恐れがなく、更に充填固化作業を単時間に連
続的にスムーズに実施することが出来る等の特徴

することにより化粧料を充填固化せしめることを
