蒸気発生装置において、 前記レベル検出手段として、高水位を検出する
高位レベル検出器と、低水位を検出する低位レベ
ル検出器とを設けると共に、 前記蒸気発生器内の保有処理水の濃度を検出す
る濃度検出器を設け、 前記制御手段は前記低位レベル検出器Ｌが低位
レベル以下を検出したら前記給水用自動弁を開く
と共に、高位レベル検出器が高位レベルを検出し
たら該給水用自動弁を閉じ、更に前記濃度検出器
が保有処理水の濃度が所定の設定値を越えたこと
