剰の水Wはこれを上記加湿エレメント2の他端部
2bから上記水容器1外へ排出させる如くした加
湿装置であつて、上記水容器1内の水Wの不純物
あるいは硬度成分の含有量により規定される不純
度を検出する不純度検出手段51と、該不純度検
出手段51により検出される水Wの不純度に応じ
て該水Wの水位を、高不純度時には高位に低不純
度時には低位にそれぞれ制御する水位制御手段5
