実開昭55−159581号公報に示されているように副
プリント基板の突出端部を主プリント基板の貫通
孔に嵌入させて半田付けすることで斯る副プリン
ト基板を直接主プリント基板上に垂直に取付ける
ように構成したものもある。然し乍ら、斯る構成
では副プリント基板が主プリント基板側にて位置
決めされることになるため、副プリント基板と前
面パネルとの間で位置ズレが発生し、前面パネル
側に突設される操作摘子と副プリント基板側に配
設される電子部品との対応関係にズレを生じる虞
れがあつた。特に、副プリント基板側に音量調整
用等の可変抵抗器が配設され、且つ前面パネル側
に回転用の操作摘子が配されている様な場合に
は、多少の位置ズレでも軸線ズレを来たし両者の
連結が出来ないと謂う問題があつた。

片と突出片とが互いに反対方向から交差するよう
に挿入される十字形状の貫通孔を形成し、且つ前
記切起片と突出片との交差部分に互いに組合う切
溝を夫々形成したものである。

変抵抗器10〜12等が配されていると共に、前
記貫通孔5の一方の長角孔5aに上方より嵌入さ
れる突出片6aが突出形成されている。そして、
前記突出片6aには前記貫通孔5の他方の長角孔
5bと交差する部分に(即ち、後述する切起片と
交差する部分に)切溝6bが形成されている。2

起立させた状態で、前記した底板2と疑似の組立
治具に形成されている疑似切起片を主プリント基
板4の貫通孔5の他方の長角孔5b内に下方(即

その疑似切溝を前記副プリント基板6の突出片6
aの切溝6bに組合わせる。この時主プリント基
板4はその他方の長角孔5bと疑似切起片との組

なされ、また副プリント基板6はその突出片6a
の切溝6bと疑似切起片の切溝との組合により底
板2に対するのと同様の位置決めがなされること
になる。そして、この様な状態で主プリント基板
4の接続孔15に挿入されたL字型プラグ13,
14の接続端子13a,14aを主プリント基板
4側に半田付けすることで両基板4,6の取付け
が完了する。そして、この様な合体基板を底板2
上に持ち来たし、その主プリント基板4の貫通孔
5の他方の長角孔5bを切起片2aに嵌入させな
がら上方より載置すると、切起片2aの切溝2b
が副プリント基板6の突出片6aの切溝6bとも
組合い、前記した疑似の組立治具にて予じめ位置
決めしたように底板2に対する両基板4,6の位
置決めが夫々独立してなされる。この時、切起片
2aの舌状片2cは長角孔5bを通じて主プリン
ト基板4の上方に突出している。従つて、斯る舌
状片2cを第6図矢印方向に即ち点線位置になる
ように折曲して底板2よりの主プリント基板4の
抜け止めを施し、その後斯る底板2に前面パネル
1を組合わせて固定し、副プリント基板6の可変
抵抗器10,11,12の調整軸に嵌合させれば
組立が完了する。
