Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the judgment easy as regards the remaining heat level by providing under a heat-resistant plate a remaining heat-signaling part whereby letters arousing the user's attention are illuminated and by designing the illumination to work either on and off or continuously when the temperature of the heat-resistant plate is higher than a specified point. CONSTITUTION:When cooking by supplying power to a heat source 4 of a heating unit 5 in a cooking range has been finished and the power supply is cut off, the heating unit 5 still retains heat at a high temperature; than a temperature sensor provided in the heating unit 5 detects the temperature of the heat remaining therein and a current is passed to a light-emitting part 7, containing a minilamp or the like, provided in a remaining heat-signaling part 6 so that letters on a glass plate 8 are illuminated in red on a remaining heat-signaling display 10. At this time intermittent lighting of the lamp 7 makes it easier to draw the user's notice. When the temperature declines with time and falls below a point at which the user's contact no longer causes the user a burn, the detection of the temperature by said temperature sensor causes the light-emitting part 7, that is, a minilamp or the like, in the remaining heat-signaling part 6 to be turned off; hence the letters on the remaining heat-signaling display 10 vanish. Thus the signaling is performed safely.

BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, as shown in FIG. A plurality of stove portions 5 each having a heat source 4 are provided.
As shown in FIG. 4 tb+, the residual heat display section 6 has a light emitting section 7 such as an LED lamp arranged in a concentrated manner in front of the center of the appliance body 1 at a position away from the stove section 5, depending on the number of stove sections 5. It was set up accordingly. Alternatively, in FIG. 4 (as shown in C1, only one representative piece is provided in front of the center of the appliance body 1) (Also, if the stove part 5 is clogged with high temperature or low temperature, the heat-resistant glass plate 2 Is it high temperature or low temperature (presence or absence of residual heat)?
The determination was made by blinking the light emitting section 7, such as an LED provided on the residual heat display section 6, and turning off the residual heat display 10.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, the residual heat display section 6 is located at a distance from the stove section 5, and the residual heat display section 6 has a small diameter, or the light emitting section, such as a lamp, has a small diameter. The problem was that it only illuminated in red, making it difficult for people who were not used to using it to distinguish it unless they were careful. As a result, a person using the cooker may not notice the display and may accidentally touch the heat-resistant glass plate 2 and get burned, or a person who does not use the cooker often may not notice the display and may accidentally touch the heat-resistant glass plate 2. You could get burnt if you touch it.

Effect: With this configuration, when the temperature of the stove is high, the light emitting part will blink due to the flashing of the mini lamp installed in the residual heat display part, and the text will be displayed on the heat-resistant glass plate to warn you not to touch it. The residual heat status of the heat-resistant glass plate can be immediately determined by clearly indicating the residual heat status on the residual heat display.

A large residual heat display section 6, which is provided to make the residual heat display 10 larger and easier to distinguish, is illuminated from below by a light emitting section 7 using a mini lamp, etc., so as not to touch the high temperature residual heat section. A glass plate 8 with characters drawing attention and a heat-resistant glass plate 2 are arranged in this order, and a residual heat display section 6 is constituted by the light emitting section 7, the glass plate 8, and the lamp house 9.

In the cooker having such a configuration, when the heat source 4 disposed inside the stove part 5 is not energized, that is, when the stove part 5
When the temperature is low, the light emitting section 7 of the residual heat display section 6 does not light up, and the characters on the glass plate 8 are not visible. On the other hand, by energizing the heat source 4 such as a halogen lamp disposed inside the container opening 5 and applying a predetermined applied voltage, the heat source 4 such as a halogen lamp reaches a predetermined temperature, and the heat-resistant glass plate Heat is transferred to a heated body (not shown) via 2. When the heating for cooking is finished in this way and the power supply to the heat source 4 of the stove section 5 is stopped, the stove section 5 is still in a high temperature state. A temperature sensor (not shown) provided in the stove part 5 detects the residual heat temperature of the stove part 5, and a light emitting part 7 such as a mini lamp provided in the residual heat display part 6 is energized.
As shown in Figure fb), the letters on the glass plate 8 are clearly displayed in red on the residual heat indicator 10. At this time, by blinking the lamp 7, it becomes easier to see.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 3 ta+ and FIG. 3 ib), by configuring the residual heat display section 6 in a wide space between the stove section 5 of the heat-resistant glass plate 2, a large residual heat display 10 can be obtained. I can do it. When the temperature decreases over time and becomes below a temperature that does not cause burns even if the user touches it, the temperature sensor (not shown) detects the temperature, and a mini lamp provided in the residual heat display section 6 detects the temperature. The light emitting unit 7.13 goes out and is turned off. As for the display, as shown in FIG. 3 fat, the characters on the residual heat display section 10 disappear to notify safety.

(1) If the temperature of the stove is high and the temperature of the heat-resistant glass plate is high, the red letters on the residual heat indicator will flash to warn you not to touch the cooker. Both those who have used it and those who have not used it can tell at a glance whether there is residual heat. As a result, the user will not accidentally touch the high-temperature heat-resistant glass, thereby preventing burn injuries.

(2) Since the residual heat display section can be provided in the wide space in the middle of the stove section, the residual heat display section can be made larger. Therefore, the displayed characters also become larger, making them easier to visually recognize. By blinking the lamp provided on the residual heat display section, it can be determined at a glance that the temperature of the stove section is high. As a result, the user will not accidentally touch the heat-resistant glass plate, thereby preventing burn injuries.
