As shown in (C), a heat-resistant glass 2 is attached to the upper opening 3 of the appliance body 1, and a plurality of stove parts 5 each having a heat source 4 such as a halogen lamp are provided inside the appliance body (2). Residual heat display sections 6 each having a light emitting section 7 such as an LED lamp are provided at an end of the appliance main body 1 in accordance with the number of stove sections 5. Alternatively, only one representative structure may be provided at the front of the center of the instrument body 1. Whether the stove part 5 is high or low temperature, that is, whether there is residual heat in the heat-resistant glass 2, is determined by turning on or off (turning on or off) the light-emitting part 7 such as an LED lamp provided in the residual heat display part 6 on the heat-resistant glass 2. This is visually determined through two small display zones 10.

Manifested through glass. At this time, since the residual heat display sections are provided according to the number of stove sections, it can be immediately determined which stove section has residual heat. When the temperature of the stove part decreases over time and becomes below a predetermined temperature, a thermometer installed inside the stove part detects the temperature, turns off the power to the light emitting parts such as mini lamps, and reminds you not to touch the mark. The specification of is canceled.

The light emitting part 7 of the heat display part 6 is not energized, and the plate 8
The mark is invisible. On the other hand, by energizing the heat source 4 such as a halogen lamp disposed inside the container opening 5 and applying a predetermined applied voltage, the halogen lamp or the like reaches a predetermined temperature and passes through the heat-resistant glass 2 to the heated object (not shown). ). Thereafter, when the heating for cooking is finished and the power supply to the heat source 4 of the stove section 5 is turned off, the stove section 5 is in a high temperature state. This temperature is detected by a temperature sensor (not shown) provided in the condenser mouth part 5, and the light emitting part 7, such as a lamp, provided in the residual heat display part 6 is energized, causing the plate to appear as shown in FIG. 3(b). The mark 8 will be clearly displayed in red. At this time, a method of lighting and a method of blinking can be considered. Then, when the temperature decreases due to natural cooling and becomes below a predetermined temperature (temperature that will not cause burns even if touched), the temperature sensor (not shown) detects the temperature and sends it to the light emitting section 7 such as a mini lamp provided in the residual heat display section 6. energization is turned off. The display will be as shown in FIG. 3(a).
