Industry - Second Field of Application The present invention relates to a residual heat display device for a cooking appliance that detects and displays residual heat within a cooking appliance body whose upper heating surface is formed of a heat-resistant plate. Conventional technology Conventionally, this type of cooker is shown in Fig. 4 (2L) to (C).
As shown in FIG. 1, a heat-resistant glass plate 2 is attached to an upper opening 3 of an appliance body 1, and a plurality of stove parts 5 each having a heat source 4 such as a halogen lamp are provided inside the appliance body 1. Then, as shown in FIG. 4('b), a residual heat display section 6 in which a light emitting section 7 such as an LED lamp is arranged in a concentrated manner is placed in front of the center of the appliance body 1 at a position away from the stove section 5. They are provided according to the number of sections 5. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4(C), only one is typically provided in the center of the instrument body 1. Then, to determine whether the stove part 5 is high or low temperature, that is, whether the heat-resistant glass plate 2 is high or low temperature (presence or absence of residual heat), the light emitting part 7 such as an LED lamp provided in the residual heat display part 6 is blinked. Discrimination was made by flashing the display JB10. Problems to be Solved by the Invention In such a conventional configuration, the residual heat indicator 1o has a small diameter.
Since it is only illuminated in red by a lamp, it is difficult to distinguish it unless you look carefully. Furthermore, the residual heat display section 6 was located at a distance from the stove section 6, and there were problems such as it was difficult to determine which heat-resistant glass plate 2 directly above the stove section 6 had residual heat unless one carefully checked. . As a result, some people who have been using the cooker may accidentally touch the heat-resistant glass 2 and get burnt because the residual heat display on the residual heat display section 10 is difficult to read. There have been cases where people who do not use the glass often touch the heat-resistant glass 2 without noticing and get burned. The present invention solves these problems by enlarging the display zone, by making the display contents easy for everyone to understand, and by clearly indicating which part of the stove on the heat-resistant glass 2 is at a high temperature. The purpose of this is to make it easier to identify the remaining heat on the stove. Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, a residual heat display device for a cooker according to the present invention includes a heat source and a heat-resistant plate that covers the upper part of the heat source, and a heat-resistant plate for preventing residual heat is provided at the bottom of the heat-resistant plate. A residual heat display section that illuminates a picture to call attention and a residual heat position display section that illuminates a zone indicating the location of a heat source with residual heat are provided, and a residual heat position display section that corresponds to a high temperature heat source when the heat resistant plate is high temperature. The residual heat indicator blinks or lights up. With this configuration, when the temperature of the stove is high, the light-emitting part will blink due to the flashing of the mini lamp installed in the residual heat display part, and the picture of the heat-resistant glass will remind you not to touch it. It is clearly indicated on the residual heat indicator. Furthermore, a residual heat position indicator that indicates the location of the stove with residual heat, which is installed near the stove depending on the number of stoves, is clearly indicated by blinking lamps in the same way as the residual heat indicator. You can instantly tell which part of the stove has residual heat. Next, when the temperature falls below a predetermined temperature, a temperature sensor (not shown) provided in the stove section detects the temperature of the stove section, and the power to the light emitting section 7.13 using a mini lamp or the like is stopped.
Paintings reminding people not to touch them and zones indicating areas on stoves with residual heat will be removed. EXAMPLE Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings FIGS. 1 to 3. Note that the same members as in FIG. 4 are designated by the same reference numerals and their explanations will be omitted. As shown in FIG. 1(b), a heat-resistant glass plate 2 is attached to the top opening 3 of the appliance body 1, and a stove part 5 having a heat source 4 using a halogen lamp or the like is installed inside the appliance body 1 (see Figure 1). There are three of them as shown in the figure. Remaining amount indicator 10
The large residual heat display section 6, which is provided to increase the size of the residual heat and make it easy to distinguish, is located below the light emitting section 7 using a stain lamp or the like.
, a glass plate 8 with a picture drawn on it to remind people not to touch the high-temperature residual heat part, and a heat-resistant glass plate 2 are arranged in this order.
The light emitting section 7, the glass plate 8, and the lamp haunu 9 constitute the residual heat display section 6. As shown in FIG. 2, the residual heat display section 6 has an X mark added to a picture of a hand to draw the user's attention. Further, a zone indicator 11 indicating the location of the stove section 6 is provided for each stove section 6. A zone indicator 11 indicating the location of the stove section 5 is illuminated by a light emitting section 13 such as a mini lamp provided in a lampshaun 12 below the heat-resistant glass plate 2. In the cooker having such a configuration, when the heat source 4 disposed inside the stove part 6 is not energized, that is, when the stove part 5
When the temperature is low, the residual heat display section 60 and the light emitting section 7 do not light up, and the picture on the glass plate 8 is not visible in the display zone 10 of FIG. 3(a). On the other hand, by energizing the heat source 4 using a halogen lamp or the like disposed inside the container opening 6 and applying a predetermined applied voltage, the heat source 4 such as a halogen lamp reaches a predetermined temperature and is heated through the heat-resistant glass 72. Heat is transferred to a heating body (not shown). When the cooking heating is finished in this way and the power supply to the heat source 4 of the stove part 6 is stopped, the stove part 6 is still in a high temperature state.
A temperature sensor (not shown) provided in the condenser mouth part 6 detects the residual heat temperature of the container, and the light emitting part 7, such as a mini lamp, provided in the residual heat display part 6 is energized, as shown in FIG. 3(b). The picture of the glass plate 8 is clearly displayed in red on the residual heat display 10 as shown in FIG. At the same time, a zone indicator 11 indicating the location of which stove section is also clearly displayed in red by a lamp 13 in a lower lamp house 12. At this time, by blinking the lamp 7.13, it becomes easier to visually recognize. In this way, when there is residual heat on the heat-resistant glass plate 2, the large and easily visible display zone 10 can be created by configuring the residual heat display section 6 using a large space where the stove section 5 is not installed. can be installed. Too bad, this display zone 10 is located far away from the stove part 5, so in order to clearly indicate which part of the stove part 6 of the heat-resistant glass plate 2 is at a high temperature, each hot stove part is placed near the stove part 5. A zone display 11 indicating the location of 6 is provided, and a display scene 10 is provided.
At the same time, the lamps 13 and 13 are lit at the same time to clearly indicate the end. Then, as time passes, the temperature decreases to below a temperature at which the user will not get burnt even if touched, the temperature sensor (not shown) detects the temperature, and the mini lamp provided on the residual heat display section 6 detects the temperature. The light emitting parts 7 and 13 are turned off and the picture on the residual heat indicator 10 disappears as shown in FIG. Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, the following effects can be obtained according to the present invention. (1) If the temperature of the stove is high and the temperature of the heat-resistant glass plate is high, a red picture will flash on the residual heat indicator to remind you not to touch it.
Both those who were using the cooker and those who were not using it can determine the residual heat status at a glance. As a result, the user will not accidentally touch the high-temperature heat-resistant glass, thereby preventing burn injuries. ≧) Since the residual heat display section can be provided in a wide space slightly away from the stove section, the residual heat display section can be made large. Therefore, the displayed picture becomes larger and easier to visually recognize. Furthermore, each stove opening has a zone indicator that indicates the location of the high-temperature stove section, and it flashes in synchronization with the picture of the display zone, so you can tell at a glance which stove section has the highest temperature. As a result, the user will not accidentally touch the heat-resistant glass, thereby preventing burn injuries.
