(Prior art) Conventionally, there are two types of coffee bean roasting machines: one that performs the entire process from roasting to cooling of coffee beans in one room, and the other that has a roasting section and a cooling section and performs the process in two separate rooms. It has been known.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the former roasting machine, the roasting process and the cooling process of coffee beans are performed in one room, so it is difficult to control between the high roasting temperature and the low cooling temperature. There was a problem that the time required to complete the entire process of the roasting machine was long.
Furthermore, the lengthening of the entire process makes it impossible to satisfy the demand for shortening the roasting time and cooling time to bring out the flavor of coffee beans.

In the latter type of roaster, the roasting process and the coffee bean cooling process are performed in separate locations, so the former problem is solved; The transfer of coffee beans from the roasting section to the cooling section is done manually, which results in poor workability, and the roasting process also includes a cooling step to cool the roasting section to the roasting starting temperature. However, in conjunction with the coffee bean cooling process, separate air blowing means are provided, resulting in high costs and an increase in the size of the roasting machine, making it unsuitable as a tabletop roasting machine.

(Object of the Invention) In view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides a roasting machine in which a roasting section and a cooling section are provided separately, in which the roasted material is automatically transferred from the roasting section to the cooling section. To provide a small-sized roasting machine that is inexpensive and has only one ventilation means, while improving workability.

First, the preheating switch 70 is turned on at room temperature, for example, 20° C., in order to start the roasting operation (step a). As a result, the controller 71 causes a preset level of current to flow through the blower motor 23 and the heater 33 (the blower motor 23 rotates slowly), thereby raising the temperature inside the glass container 32 and performing preheating. At this time, the indicator light 72 flashes to indicate that preheating is in progress. This preheating progresses, indicating that preheating is in progress. As this preheating progresses, the temperature inside the glass container 32 reaches a predetermined temperature (for example, 130°C).
The controller 71 determines via the temperature sensor 39 whether or not the predetermined temperature has been reached (step b), and if it is determined that the predetermined temperature has been reached, a sign indicating that preheating has been completed is issued. Specifically, the indicator light 72 is blinked (step c), and the current supply to the heater 33 is cut off to enter the heat retention state. In this heat retention state, the temperature is within a certain level range with the lower limit of 130°C of the above temperature, and the heater 33 is activated based on the output of the temperature sensor 39.
The set heat retention temperature is maintained by turning on and off the current supply to the device (step d). In this state, roasting preparation is completed, and you can open the input ports 12 and 36 at any time.
The coffee beans A can be poured into the glass container 32 from the inside.

When coffee beans A are added here, glass container 3
2, the controller 71 determines based on the output of the temperature sensor 39 whether or not this temperature has dropped to a set level (step c), and the controller 71 determines whether or not the temperature has dropped to a set level, for example, 100°C. If it is determined that the roasting temperature has decreased to a certain level, a current for roasting is supplied to the heater 33, and the roasting process is automatically started (step f). In this way, glass container 3
The temperature inside 2 rises and reaches the roasting end temperature of 170, for example.
The controller 71 determines whether the temperature has reached ℃,
If it is determined that the temperature has been reached (step g), the controller 71 flashes the indicator light 72 again to indicate the end of roasting, and also stops the current supply to the drive motor 44 and heater 33 to restart the roasting operation. The process ends (step h).

When the roasting operation is completed, the controller 71 energizes the unloading motor 66 for a predetermined period of time (step i), and rotates the eccentric cam 64 by half a rotation to close the bottom plate 3 of the outer frame 31.
1a is tilted toward the discharge duct 15. Due to this inclination, the upper end of the upper vertical piece 47a of the carry-out door 47 comes into pressure contact with the silver skin storage box 13, and rotates to open the carry-out door 47. As a result, coffee beans A are transferred to the outlet duct 1.
5 and is transported and stored in the cooling unit 50. This operation of carrying out the coffee beans A is carried out efficiently because the blade 46 is rotating. Note that when the power supply to the carry-out motor 66 is stopped after a predetermined period of time has elapsed, the roasting section 30 returns to its original horizontal state due to its own weight. In addition, in parallel with this, the controller 71
The output signal causes the blower motor 23 to rotate strongly (step j), thereby cooling the coffee beans A in the cooling section 50 and quickly blowing the inside of the glass container 32 through the stand 20, the connecting pipe 49, and the blower duct 48. Cooling. During cooling, the controller 71 controls the temperature of the glass container 3 based on the output of the temperature sensor 39.
The temperature inside the chamber is monitored and it is determined whether or not this temperature has reached the preset temperature of 130°C (step k). It is determined whether the fan 2 is on (step 1), and if it is determined that the
2 is rotated slightly, and then the set heat retention temperature is maintained by on/off control of the heater 33 (step d), and the coffee beans A are on standby for the next injection. On the other hand, if the above-mentioned temperature of 130°C is not achieved, repeat the steps from step j onwards, and if it is determined in step l that the preheating switch 70 is not on, that is, if the power switch is turned off, all roasting The work for this will be completed.

In this way, cooling of the roasting section 30 and cooling section 50
is cooled by one blower fan 22,
Furthermore, since the roasting section 30 and the cooling section 50 are provided separately, it is possible to continuously operate the roasting process in the roasting section 30, and furthermore, the roasting section 30 can be automatically operated from the cooling section 50. Coffee beans can be transported.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, in the present invention, since the roasting section and the cooling section are connected through the ventilation means provided with the ventilation means, one ventilation means can cool and cool the roasted object. The inside of the roasting section can be cooled, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the roasting machine can be downsized, making it possible to provide a tabletop roasting machine. Furthermore, the cooling section is located below the outlet side of the roasting section, and a carrying-out means is provided for tilting the roasting section toward the cooling section and carrying out the roasted object to the cooling section. Therefore, the object to be roasted is automatically moved from the roasting section to the cooling section by operating the carrying-out means, which has the advantage of improving workability.
