図において、１は変形ブランチライン３ｄＢカ
ツプラ、２はダイオード、３はコンデンサ、４は
チヨークコイル、５，６はバイアス端子、７，８
は入力端子、９，１０は出力端子、１１はバイア
ス電圧、１２，１３はＲＦアンプ、１４は終端器
、１５はＲＦ出力を示す。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一、または相当部分を示す。
