[Prior art] Conventionally, optical disc media have scratch resistance,
When adding water resistance or antistatic effects, a UV-curable resin with these properties is spin-coated using a spin coater, and then UV rays are irradiated to harden the resin and form a thin layer on the substrate surface. Various properties and functions were added to the surface.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-mentioned prior art, since coating is performed using a spin coating method, uneven coating occurs due to dust and air bubbles, which deteriorates the quality of the media. As a result, there is a problem in that tracking errors are more likely to occur during recording, erasing, and reproduction. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention is intended to solve these problems, and its purpose is to provide a highly reliable optical disc free of tracking errors.

(Embodiment 1) FIG. 2 is a top view (a) and a cross-sectional view (b) of a substrate for optical disc media. After applying a thin layer of ultraviolet curable resin to the opposite side of the substrate from the recording surface using a spin coater or roll coater, the films were stacked and bonded by irradiating ultraviolet rays with an ultraviolet exposure machine. FIG. 3 is a top view (a) and a cross-sectional view (b) of the resulting optical disc substrate. Incidentally, if air bubbles are mixed into the adhesive layer of the ultraviolet curable resin when bonding the substrate and the film, a vacuum bonding apparatus as shown in FIG. 4 may be used. Set the substrate in this vacuum bonding device with the side to be bonded the film facing up, apply the UV curable resin with the dispenser, then drop the film on top of it, and the UV curable resin will be between the substrate and the film. After it spreads evenly, it is exposed to ultraviolet light to complete the bonding.

(Example 2) FIG. 5 is a sectional view of a film in Example 2 of the present invention. A double-sided adhesive tape 502 is attached to the film 501 in advance. FIG. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of this film pasted on a polycarbonate substrate for an optical disc. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of a bonding apparatus used in manufacturing the media of the present invention. The substrate is set in this device so that the side opposite to the recording surface of the substrate is facing upward, and after dropping the film shown in FIG. 5 from above, the film is pressed to complete the bonding. When it is desired to improve productivity, by using an apparatus such as that shown in FIG. 8, it becomes possible to bond films to substrates in a continuous manner. 801 is a roller, 802 is a conveyor, 803 is a substrate supply robot, 8
04 is a substrate discharge robot, 805 is a roll of adhesive tape-attached film, and 806 is a substrate. A film with adhesive tape pasted is made into a roll and set in the device as shown in Figure 8. A robot feeds the substrates one after another with the side opposite the recording side facing up, and transports them on a conveyor. The film is sent at the same speed, and the substrate and film are pasted between rollers to bond them together. . The film to which the adhesive tape is attached is pre-cut in the desired shape so that it can be peeled off in that shape when it is attached to the substrate. Also, when air bubbles are caught between the substrate and film when bonding the film together,
As in the case of Example 1, the apparatus may be placed in a vacuum chamber and bonding may be performed under vacuum.
