[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a new artificial storage facility in which waste can be dumped. More specifically, the present invention relates to an artificial storage facility built on a cliff, with at least two inner circumferential surfaces being cliff faces and the remaining surface being open. [Prior Art] Artificial storage facilities are used as waste dumping facilities, but recently it has become extremely difficult to find a place to install them due to environmental issues. From this point of view, places that have recently been attracting attention are remote cliffs, such as stone quarry sites in high mountains, clay extraction sites, and cliff coasts. In other words, in places with steep cliffs like this, two or three of the inner surfaces are cliff faces, so
Only the open side will be constructed. Moreover, since the work on the open surface can be done by simple earth retaining work, there are advantages in that the construction period until the start of waste dumping can be significantly shortened and the construction cost can be reduced significantly. Conventionally, population storage facilities used on such cliffs include earth weir storage facilities and concrete external wall storage facilities. Figure 2 shows an example of waste being disposed of in an earth weir storage facility. The earth weir storage facility shown in Figure 2 has cliff faces 1 on three sides and an open surface on the remaining one side. In the earth weir construction storage facility shown in Figure 2, a waterproof sheet 2 is first constructed from the cliff surface 1 on the third side to the bottom surface. Next, the waste is dumped from the hill above the earth weir storage facility, and when it reaches a certain height, an embankment 4 for earth retention is placed on the open side, and the waste 3 and embankment 4 for earth retention are dumped.
Construct waterproof sheet 2 to cover. Thereafter, these operations are repeated in the same manner. However, with this method, embankments 4 for earth retention can be piled up according to the amount of waste dumped.
In order to maintain the angle of repose of the embankment 4, there is a disadvantage that the storage capacity decreases as one goes upwards. Moreover, the embankment 4 used for retaining earth has weak mechanical strength, so it collapses when it rains heavily, causing pollution problems. I was concerned. Therefore, in order to improve the drawbacks of the earth weir construction storage facility shown in FIG. 2, a concrete exterior wall storage facility in which a concrete wall 5 is constructed on the open side has been put into practical use. However, with this method, a strong, high, and long concrete wall 5 would be constructed on the open side of the vast population storage facility, so the construction period until the start of dumping would be long, and the construction work would be long. The problem is that the costs will rise significantly. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] The present invention has been made based on the above points, and its purpose is to form a cliff surface on at least two surfaces of the inner circumferential surface, and to form an open surface on the remaining surface. To provide an artificial storage facility that can be constructed in a short period of time on a precipitous cliff, can effectively suppress the occurrence of pollution, and can significantly increase dumping capacity. [Means for Solving the Problems] The gist of the present invention is to provide an artificial artificial body constructed on a cliff, in which at least two inner peripheral surfaces are cliff faces, and the remaining face is an open face. The bottom of the storage facility is excavated at a slope so that the open side is slightly higher, and a concrete base is buried at the tip of the open side. Multiple tiers of well girder members are constructed so as to be slightly inclined to the side, and a waterproof sheet is laid on the bottom from the cliff side to the open side so as to penetrate through the foundation concrete base, and the waterproof sheet laid on the bottom On the sheet, waste is sorted and dumped in multiple layers through multiple waterproof sheets for sorting, and the open side of the waterproof sheets for sorting is bent toward the inner surface of the parallel girder member. It is located in an artificial storage facility that is characterized by being built tightly so that it stands up on the side. [Function] The artificial storage facility of the present invention is achieved by firstly constructing the artificial storage facility on a cliff where at least two of the inner peripheral surfaces are cliff faces and the remaining faces are open faces. , solve the location problem, shorten the construction period until the start of dumping, and significantly reduce the construction cost.Secondly, the bottom side is excavated at an angle so that the open side is slightly elevated, and the open side is A foundation concrete platform is buried at the tip, and on top of the foundation concrete platform, multiple levels of parallel girder members are constructed so as to be slightly inclined toward the cliff side, and on the bottom surface, there is a slope from the cliff side to the open side. By laying a waterproof sheet so as to penetrate through the foundation concrete platform, it is possible to completely prevent liquid leakage from dumped waste from leaking to the ground and open surfaces. The waste is separated and dumped in multiple layers through multiple waterproof sheets for classification, and the open side of each waterproof sheet for classification is bent toward the inner surface of the parallel girder member and By constructing the construction so that it stands upright, waste can be dumped after the installation of a waterproof sheet on the bottom without waiting for the artificial storage facility to be completely completed, and the dumped waste can be divided into layers. It can be stored stably, effectively suppressing the generation of foul odors and liquid leakage from waste, and significantly increasing the storage capacity without causing piles of dumped waste to collapse even in heavy rain. be able to. [Example] Next, an example of the artificial storage facility of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partially omitted vertical cross-sectional explanatory view showing an embodiment of an artificial storage facility of the present invention. Although not shown in the figure, the three sides on the left side, the front side, and the opposite side are cliff faces 1 as seen in Figure 1.
In addition, the right side when facing Fig. 1 is an open surface. In Fig. 1, the bottom surface has been excavated with an inclination so that the open side is slightly higher, and at the tip of the open side, a foundation concrete platform 6 on which well girder members can be constructed is buried at a slight inclination. Then, a first multi-stage parallel girder member 20 is constructed on the foundation concrete base 6. Further, a waterproof sheet 2 is installed on the bottom surface of the container so as to penetrate to the open surface side so that the liquid material flowing out from the waste does not leak onto the ground. Dumping work for the waste 3 can be started at the population storage facility that is in this state. First, a truck loaded with waste 3 approaches the high ground above the cliff face 1 of the population storage facility, which is in such a state, and dumps the first waste 3.
When the primary waste 3 reaches an appropriate height, the primary waterproof sheet 2 for classification is applied from the cliff face 1 side to the open face side so as to completely cover the primary waste 3. At this time, the tip of the first waterproof sheet 2 on the open surface side is bent toward the inner circumferential surface at the point where it abuts against the first multi-stage parallel girder member 20, and is in close contact with the inner circumferential surface. It will be constructed. Then, a second multi-stage parallel cross member 20 is constructed on the foundation concrete base 6 buried on the open surface side. Next, the secondary waste 3 is similarly dumped onto the upper layer of the primary classification waterproof sheet 2 from the high ground above the cliff face 1.
When the height reaches the height of the second multi-tier parallel girder member 20, the second waterproof sheet 2 for classification is applied from the cliff face 1 side to the open face side so as to completely cover the secondary waste 3. At this time, the open surface side of the secondary waterproof sheet 2 is bent toward the inner circumferential surface at the point where it abuts against the second multi-tier parallel girder member 20, and is constructed so as to be in close contact with the inner circumferential surface. . Then, a tertiary multi-stage parallel grid member 20 is extended on top of the second multi-stage parallel grid member 20 on the open surface side. Thereafter, in the same way, new waste 3 is collected from the high ground above the cliff face 1.
The operations of dumping, constructing a new categorizing waterproof sheet 2 on the newly dumped waste 3, and adding a new multi-tier parallel girder member 20 onto the existing multi-tier parallel girder member 20 are repeated. By repeating such operations, the dumping operation is completed and an artificial storage facility as shown in Figure 1 is completed. Therefore, the population storage facility of the present invention requires a short construction period until it becomes ready for dumping, has a low construction cost, and has a significantly large dumping capacity. The following table shows the dumping capacity of conventional earth weir storage facilities.
100 each for the construction period and construction cost until the start of dumping.
%, the dumping capacity of the conventional concrete outer wall storage facility and the artificial storage facility of the present invention, the construction period until the start of dumping, and the construction cost are shown as comparative values. Although this table shows comparative values (%), in reality, the unit of dumping capacity is m 3 , the construction period until the start of dumping is in days, and the construction cost is in yen.
