Claims (1)
- 前面板と後面板の間に、螺旋ダツシヤ、撹拌棒
及びブレードを架設して構成した撹拌装置を、冷
却シリンダの内部に回転可能に架設し、ソフトク
リーム等の原料ミツクスを撹拌する冷菓製造機に
おいて、前記撹拌棒の後部から前記後面板の横を
通つて、前記シリンダの側室に向かつて羽板を突
出したことを特徴とする冷菓製造機の撹拌装置。
