Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 搬送路から位置決ステージ上へ送り込まれたワ
ークの位置を決めるべく該位置決めステージの送
り込み方向の端部に位置決ステージの高さより高
い位置決部材を設けて成る位置決機構において、 前記位置決部材より外側に設けられ、位置決部
材の外側と内側との間を進退動可能に設けられた
吸着手段と、該吸着手段を進退動させるための進
退動手段とを具備する吸引装置が設けられている
ことを特徴とする位置決機構。
