Claims (1)
- 滅菌槽１ａ内に蒸気を導入する滅菌行程、滅菌
槽１ａ内の蒸気を排出管６より吸引除去する排気
行程、並びに滅菌槽１ａ内に清浄な空気を導入す
る乾燥行程を順次行つて滅菌槽１ａ内の被滅菌物
を滅菌処理する蒸気滅菌装置において、上記排出
管６の途中に上記排気行程以降に作動する冷却装
置２０を設置したことを特徴とする蒸気滅菌装置
。
