Claims (1)
- 交流電源から直流電源に変換する整流回路と、
この直流電源に接続され加熱コイルとスイツチン
グ素子を有するインバータ回路と、このインバー
タ回路を制御する制御回路とを備え、前記加熱コ
イルの発生する磁界により被加熱物に発生する渦
電流によつて加熱調理する電磁調理器において、
インバータ回路２に供給する電源を遮断するスイ
ツチ６と、加熱コイル１２及び回路部品を冷却す
るための冷却フアン１９と、加熱コイル１２の温
度を計測する温度検出素子１６と、前記インバー
タ回路２中のスイツチング素子１５のケース温度
を計測する温度検出素子１７とを備え、制御回路
３を加熱コイル１２の温度あるいはスイツイング
素子１５のケース温度があらかじめ設定してある
温度以上の場合と、被加熱物を加熱中の場合には
前記スイツチ６のＯＮ／ＯＦＦの状態にかかわら
ず冷却フアン１９によつて冷却するものとしたこ
とを特徴とする電磁調理器。
