[Detailed description of the invention] [Technical field of the invention] The invention aims to improve wig fabrics, and more specifically, to improve the wig fabric by skillfully utilizing the temperature-sensitive restoring force of a shape memory alloy material. This relates to a wig fabric that can be stably applied to the hair, and when ornamental hair is implanted on this fabric, an ideal wig that can be comfortably worn and does not wear out the natural hair can be obtained.

As is well known, conventional wigs for bald people are made by shaping a net or film containing hair to match the shape of the head, and then hooking it to the natural hair with hairpins. A fixing means such as an adhesive material or a fastener provided on the head surface and the inner surface of the film or the like is provided so that the film can be attached to a desired position on the head.

However, even if the above-mentioned conventional wigs for bald people use hair pins, the hair pins are tightly entwined with the little remaining natural hair (head hair) that has finally escaped hair removal, and then the hair pins are attached to the base. Since the above-mentioned nets and films are fixed to the head, both the hair itself and the hair roots are exposed to extremely harsh conditions, causing the natural hair to become exhausted due to the exposure. On the other hand, in the case of methods using adhesives or fasteners, it can be said that the external force exerted on the remaining natural hair is somewhat soft. Since the scalp is covered and fixed with a film with decorative hair grafted on the scalp using wood as an anchor, the scalp inevitably becomes more stuffy and the remaining hair (hair roots) is removed. The problem is that it exhausts the hair and promotes hair loss, resulting in a complete bold head.

In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the tentacles 1, 1, . In the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, a titanium-based brazing material is applied to the crown member 2 disposed circumferentially around the head. The tentacles 1, 1... are branched and joined via the hem of the tentacles 1, 1... which can thus surround the temporal region, and the left and right portions are connected to the connecting member R,
They are connected by R at predetermined intervals. By the way, the material of the connecting member R of this second embodiment also includes:
A Ti-Ni shape memory alloy material is used. If the tentacles 1, 1... are connected to the hem portions of the tentacles 1, 1... with connecting members R, R as in this second embodiment, the hanging tentacles 1, 1... will be tied together well, and the wig fabric will be easy to put on the head. can get.

Although the first and second embodiments are generally configured as described above, the present invention is by no means limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and various modifications may be made within the scope of the claims for utility model registration. Design changes are possible, such as the wire diameter, cross-sectional shape, arrangement method, and transformation temperature settings of tentacles 1, 1, etc., or the composition of shape memory alloys (including shape memory alloys other than Ti-Ni). etc. can be changed as appropriate, and when producing a wig using the wig fabric of the present invention, various hair transplanting techniques conventionally used for wigs can be applied.

As explained above with the examples, in the present invention, elongated shape memory alloy materials are used as tentacles, which are suspended from the circumference of the head, and these tentacles are By receiving the wearer's body temperature, it curves along the shape of the target head all at once and grips the head firmly, so it has a shape memory treatment that allows it to grip the head firmly without tightening it. The grip grips the head with pressure and feels good, making it possible to wear it stably even on the head of a person with little hair remaining without it sliding around.

In addition, the wig fabric of this invention has a structure that makes the thin tentacle sensitive to body temperature and allows it to be stably placed on the head, eliminating the need for conventional clips, fasteners, adhesives, flocked films, etc. that can wear down the remaining hair. Since it is not necessary to use it, it does not promote baldness, it can effectively prevent the scalp from becoming stuffy, and it does not leave any strange curls in the hair after removing the wig.

Thus, according to the present invention, although it can solve the various drawbacks that have been avoided in the past in this type of wig for bald people, its structure is extremely simple and it is very easy to implant hair and create a hair design.
It is possible to provide bald persons with wigs that are comfortable to wear and highly functional at low cost, which is very effective both practically and economically.
