When a conventional wig is made of artificial hair, if it is used for a long period of time, there is a deterioration phenomenon (so-called "stiffness" disappears) due to brushing, for example, and it looks like a "wig" and looks like natural hair. There was a drawback that it was easy to distinguish. Further, even a wig made of human hair has a drawback that it is faded by ultraviolet rays or the like. This is not the case with naturally growing hair, because new hair grows due to metabolism.

The wig 1 according to the present invention comprises a thin-skin base 3 made of an appropriate material and hairs 5 planted on the base 3.
When, a first adhesive layer 7 for securing the proximal end 6 of the bristles 5 is formed on the rear surface of the base 3, base from the top of the first adhesive layer 7
A second adhesive layer 9 formed on the entire back surface of the sheet 3 and attached to the scalp, and a separator 11 releasably attached to the second adhesive layer 9. The base 3 has a two-layer structure including a material such as medical artificial skin and polyurethane and a net such as a linear aliphatic polyamide (registered trademark nylon) net, and is formed in a hemispherical shape, for example. The thickness of the base 3 is, for example, 0.03 mm, which is extremely thin. A large number of minute holes are provided in the base 3 in a protruding manner. Some of the holes (planting holes) 4a are provided with bristles 5, and the other holes are ventilation holes 4b. The hairs 5 are planted one by one, and the material may be human hair or artificial hair.

The flocking will be described by taking the V-type flocking shown in FIG. 4 as an example. Since the base 3 is thin-skinned, the micropores (planting holes 4a) are expanded by implanting the hairs 5, and then the hairs 5 are transplanted from the back surface side to the front surface side of the base 3 by a hair-implanting machine not shown. Pull up to. Next, the bristles 5 protruding to the front surface side are inserted to the back surface side from the adjacent minute holes (implantation holes 4a). This operation is performed continuously, the hairs 5 are continuously sewn and planted, and then the hairs 5 are cut into desired lengths shown by L in FIG. 4 to complete the planting (FIG. 4A). Next, a quick-drying adhesive 7a is sprayed on the base end portion 6 straddling between the adjacent planting holes 4a to form the first adhesive layer 7 (FIG. 4B).
When the base end portion 6 is fixed to the base 3 due to the solidification of the first adhesive layer 7, the hair 5 does not come off from the base 3. Next, an adhesive 9a made of a sticky substance is sprayed onto the first adhesive layer 7
The adhesive layer 9 is formed (FIG. 4C). The second adhesive layer 9 is shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 3, it is formed on the entire back surface of the base 3. In the above, since the first adhesive layer 7 and the second adhesive layer 9 are formed by spraying, the adhesive agent 7a and the adhesive agent 9a to be sprayed are fine particles, and the ventilation holes 4b are not blocked. That is, the bristles 5 are planted in the planting holes 4a, and the bristles 5 capture the adhesive 7a and the adhesive 9a. Agent 9
a passes through without being captured. Thus, after the planting of the bristles 5 and the formation of the adhesive layer are completed, the separator 11 is formed on the second adhesive layer 9.
It is completed by attaching (Fig. 3).

To use the disposable wig according to the present invention, the scalp is washed to remove oil and fat, and then the separator 1
1 is peeled off and the entire surface of the second adhesive layer 9 is directly attached to the scalp. After fixing the wig 1 to the scalp, the hair can be adjusted.

In the disposable wig according to the above-mentioned embodiment, when the hair 5 deteriorates, it can be peeled off from the scalp and discarded, so that there is no "stiffness" due to use, and there is no deterioration phenomenon such as fading due to ultraviolet rays.

Since the entire back surface of the base 3 (the second adhesive layer 9) is firmly fixed to the scalp for use, there is no gap between the scalp and the scalp, and no sound is produced when the head is struck. Therefore, there is no room for mental anxiety of the user.

If properly cut and used, it can be used only in a necessary part of the head (for example, where hair is not present or where hair is thin), so that affinity with natural hair is large and discomfort is small. There is an effect.

Further, since the base 3 is made of a thin-skin material and has the vent holes 4b, the heat of the head escapes, so that it does not itch even if it is applied for a long time. Even if it scratches the head, the base is made of a thin-skin material, so the head can be scratched. Furthermore, since the entire surface of the base 3 is attached to the scalp, it does not peel off unexpectedly, so that the hair can be washed and it is possible to enter the pool.

Further, by fixing the base end portion 6 of the planted bristle 5 with the first adhesive layer 7, it is possible to mechanize the planted bristle, which was conventionally a manual work.

Furthermore, since the disposable wig according to the present invention is disposable when it is deteriorated, it is possible to plant one hair at the time of planting hair, and thereby to produce natural-looking hair. That is, it is ideal to plant one hair, but if one is planted, the hair may break from the root due to brushing or the like during use, and this may gradually spread and become alopecia areata. Therefore, conventionally, only one part that is visually distinctive, such as a parting part and a toothpick part, is planted, and several hairs 5 are collectively planted in the remaining part to give durability. However, this has a disadvantage that since it is different from the way natural hair grows, it is more like a "wig" and is easier to distinguish from natural hair in appearance.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the hair transplanting method is arbitrary. The above-described embodiment is a kind of so-called V-type hair transplant, but FIG.
As shown in, a so-called I-type hair transplant in which the hairs 5 are inserted one by one into the single implantation hole 4a from the surface of the base 3 may be used. In this case, the base end portion 6 of the bristles 5 is fixed to the back surface of the base 3 as a bulge by heating or the like.
