該各ピニオン部材に対して噛合し且つ前記クロス
バーに沿つて移動可能とされた共通のラツクアー
ムと、該ラツクアームの一端に連結され、前記ラ
ツク部材をワーク搬送時には突出させ、ワークプ
レス成形時には後退させる方向に前記ラツクアー
ムを進退させるシリンダとを設けている。

向と直交する両方向から噛合されて互いに逆方向
に移動可能とされ且つプレスワークを吸着し得る
如く構成されたワーク吸着手段を端部に有する複
数対のラツク部材と、該各ピニオン部材に対して
噛合し且つ前記クロスバーに沿つて移動可能とさ
れた共通のラツクアームと、該ラツクアームの一
端に連結され、前記ラツク部材をワーク搬送時に
は突出させ、ワークプレス成形時には後退させる
方向に前記ラツクアームを進退させるシリンダと
が設けて、該シリンダの作動に伴うラツクアーム
の進退作動により回転動されるピニオン部材によ
り、ワーク吸着手段を端部に有するラツク部材
を、ワーク搬送時には突出せしめ、ワークプレス
成形時には後退せしめるようにしたので、ワーク
搬送時に比べてワークプレス成形時におけるワー
ク吸着手段の位置がクロスバーに大幅に近付けら
れるところから、たとえ金型間の設置スペースが
狭くなつたとしても、プレス装置と吸着手段とが
不用意に干渉し合うということがなくなり、隣接
する金型間のスペースをできるだけ狭くすること
が可能となり、装置の占有スペースの縮小を図り
得るという実用的に効果がある。
