BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, as a method for preserving and managing fur, there has been a method of sealing insect repellent and fur. However, in the case of preservation management using insect repellents, although it has an insect repellent effect, there is a problem in that the odor of the insect repellent adheres to the fur. For this purpose, there was a method of preserving and managing ticks and insects without letting the odor of the insect repellent adhere to the fur by sealing the fur and a solid oxygen scavenger composition that absorbs oxygen in an airtight container ( For example, Tokuho 1-2

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-mentioned conventional method, the fur is sealed in an airtight container, and the tick-proofing and insect-proofing effects of the fur can be obtained; The insect repellent effect is weakened by
Alternatively, if the product is forgotten to be stored in a sealed container, there is a problem in that the anti-mite and insect-repellent effects are lost. Furthermore, when spraying or impregnating fur with a tick repellent or insect repellent, although it has a tick and insect repellent effect for a certain period of time, it is necessary to spray or impregnate the fur with the agent again. The problem is that the insect repellent effect is not sustainable.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned problems, and takes the following measures. The first invention to be patented is to form a coating liquid by mixing a tick- and insect-repellent processing agent with a resin such as a synthetic resin or protein resin, and to fix this coating liquid to the surface of the fur. After this, the fur is dried using heat and pressure.
A coating film is formed on the surface of the fur using a coating liquid.

[0005] By forming the coating liquid by mixing a processing agent and a resin, the rate of adhesion to the fur surface is increased compared to when only the processing agent is used. The processing agent used in the present invention is a known commercially available mite-proofing agent or insect-proofing agent. In addition, resins include, for example, acrylic, polyurethane, butadiene, vinyl, and melanin-based synthetic resins, amino-based, casein-based, and albumin-based protein resins, and resins made of one type or a combination of two or more of these resins can be used. A mixture is possible. The mixing ratio of these processing chemicals and resin is 1:1 to 2:1. Possible methods for fixing the coating liquid onto the fur include spraying, brushing, and curtain coating. Then, by drying the fur using heat and pressure,
Only the water in the solvent evaporates, and each hair of the fur becomes independent and smooth, making it easier to comb or brush. The temperature and time of heating and pressurization is 150℃~20℃
At a temperature of 0°C, it takes about 15 seconds. Furthermore, since a resin coating film is formed on the surface of each fur, it has the effect of preventing peeling by suppressing the evaporation of processing chemicals, and has good cleaning resistance.

[0006] The second invention for which a patent is sought is for immersion in a coating liquid as a means for fixing the coating liquid to the surface of the fur. The purpose of dipping the fur in the coating solution is to evenly adhere the coating solution to the entire surface of the fur. The coating solution to be immersed has a concentration of 2% by weight, and the bath ratio is approximately 1:25.

[Example] Example 1: Using shearling fur, a water-soluble alcohol, a processing agent, and an acrylic resin were mixed to form a coating solution. Spray the processing agent of this coating solution onto the shearling fur at a rate of 10g/m2, and heat at a temperature of 150℃ to 200℃ for 1 hour.
It was dried by heating for 5 seconds.

[0009] Regarding the above-mentioned Example 1, the mite repellency rate was calculated using processed shearling sections and unprocessed shearling sections as samples. As shown in FIG. 1, each petri dish is arranged and set. A is a petri dish containing bred mites, B is a petri dish containing mite-proofed shearling slices and bait placed in the center, and C is a petri dish containing breeding mites.
This is a petri dish containing shearling slices that have not been treated with anti-mite treatment and bait placed in the center. These petri dishes were heated to 25°C.
Leave it in a thermostatic oven adjusted to 48 hours. Thereafter, each petri dish is washed with water and filtered with suction. Then, the number of mites remaining on the filter paper was counted, and the repellency rate and changes due to dry cleaning were observed. The repellency rate of the treated area treated with anti-mite treatment was 75.2%. In addition, the repellency rate after dry cleaning was 71.4% for the first time and 69% for the second time.
.. 8%, and 70.5% for the third time. For dry cleaning, perchloroethylene was used, and the usual steps of washing, deliquification, and drying were adopted. The above repellency rate is expressed by Equation 1 below.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention forms a coating liquid by mixing an anti-mite and insect repellent processing agent with a resin such as a synthetic resin or a protein resin, and fixes this coating liquid to the surface of the fur. [0013] Therefore, the adhesion rate of the coating liquid to the fur surface is increased. By drying the fur using heat and pressure, only the water in the solvent evaporates, and each hair on the fur becomes independent and smooth, making it easier to comb or brush. Since an extremely thin coating film of resin is formed on the surface of each fur, it has the effect of preventing peeling by suppressing the evaporation of processing chemicals, and has good cleaning resistance.
