ート・フイルタの上流側に配設されたフイルタ再
生用ヒータと、 排出ガスの流れ方向において上記フイルタ再生
用ヒータの上流側に配設された導電性セラミツク
からなる熱反射板と、 上記フイルタ再生用ヒータと熱反射板に電流を
供給する電流供給回路と を具備したことを特徴とする排出ガス後処理装置
