BACKGROUND ART The so-called asphalt waterproofing thermal construction method, in which a plurality of asphalt waterproof sheets, so-called asphalt roofing sheets, are laminated to form a waterproof layer has been widely used as the mainstream of waterproofing work.

However, this method has the disadvantage that when melting the asphalt, a large amount of smoke and odor from the molten asphalt is generated, which significantly pollutes the surrounding environment, so it is avoided in densely populated areas and urban centers.
The areas where they are adopted tend to be limited. Moreover, since workers are at risk of getting burns and their clothes get dirty because they handle high-temperature asphalt during work, they are disliked by young people in particular, and as a result, there is a chronic shortage of workers.

Since it is a one-layer waterproofing system that forms layers, it is far behind the asphalt waterproofing thermal method in terms of waterproofing reliability.

One solution that has been put on the market as a countermeasure is the so-called self-adhesive waterproofing method in which a waterproof layer is formed using a waterproof sheet made of asphalt or modified asphalt provided with a self-adhesive layer. This construction method appeared on the market about 20 years ago, and has become increasingly popular especially in recent years, and is gradually establishing its presence as a construction method among various waterproof construction methods. To explain this construction method in detail, in order to improve its waterproof reliability, two waterproof sheets are usually stacked to form a two-layer waterproof layer.

All waterproof sheets have a self-adhesive layer and a laminated layer of release paper, and there are various types of waterproof sheets with different laminated structures and compositions. Regarding the construction method,

Release paper is generated as waste material at a ratio of 3 parts for every 1 part building area to be waterproofed, and construction companies are currently having a hard time disposing of it.At the same time, it is also a big problem from the perspective of saving earth's resources. It becomes. Furthermore, the idea of using so-called hook-and-loop fasteners to adhere asphalt-based waterproof sheets has not yet been announced.

Molded hook-and-loop fasteners obtained by molding synthetic resins selected from polyolefin elastomers, polyvinyl chloride, polyurethane, and other flexible thermoplastic resins, or polyester, polyamide, polyolefin, polyvinyl chloride, and acrylic resins. This is a woven hook-and-loop fastener obtained by weaving and weaving fibers mainly made of synthetic fibers and recycled fibers selected from resins, polyurethane, regenerated cellulose, etc. The hook-shaped engagement element may have a shape such as a mushroom shape, a barrel shape, an umbrella shape, a hook shape, etc., as long as it can easily engage with the loop-shaped engagement element. The height of these hook-shaped engagement elements is usually 0.5~
6 mm, preferably 1.2 to 2.5 mm is suitable. The number of engaging elements per 1 cm2 of the hook and loop fastener (A) is 10 to 50, preferably 20 to 30, and the number of engaging elements per 1 cm2 of the hook and loop fastener (B) is 500.
~10000 pieces, preferably 1500~7000 pieces. A hook-and-loop fastener (
b) Any material can be used as long as it engages with the hook-shaped engagement element, and synthetic fibers and regenerated fibers selected from polyester, polyamide, acrylic resin, polyurethane, regenerated cellulose, etc. can be used. Hook-and-loop fasteners are obtained by weaving and weaving mainly fibers, or hook-and-loop fasteners are made from non-woven fabric. The strength and density of the loop-shaped engagement element are adjusted in density and length so that the strength of engagement with the hook-shaped engagement element is sufficiently large. The length of the loop-shaped engagement element is preferably the same as or longer than the length of the hook-shaped engagement element. Generally, a length of 1 to 2 times the length of the hook-like engagement element is suitable. A nonwoven fabric or a knitted fabric having a thickness of 1 to 10 mm, usually 2 to 8 mm, and a width of 30 to 900 mm is used. In addition, the base material of the double-sided adhesive tape for attaching the hook-and-loop fastener (a) or (b) to the base or asphalt-based waterproof sheet may include sheets and films made of cloth, nonwoven fabric, synthetic resin, etc. can. The hook-and-loop fastener can be attached to the base or asphalt waterproof sheet in any way, such as continuous stripes, intermittent stripes, or grids, but the adhesive strength in the latch direction of the asphalt waterproof sheet adhered to the base is 2 kg.

The surface where the waterproof sheet and the hook-and-loop fastener (b) come into contact may or may not have a synthetic resin film. However, if the asphalt layer is exposed in the area where the hook-and-loop fastener (b) of the waterproof sheet is not present, it will be difficult to handle due to the adhesiveness of the layer, so synthetic resin film or synthetic resin foam is pasted on this area. It is preferable to keep it. In addition, all known materials can be used for the base asphalt layer and the adhesive rubber asphalt layer of the waterproof sheet.

4 is a self-adhesive asphalt composition layer, 5 is a plastic film, 6 is a release paper, and 7 is a hook-and-loop fastener (b). In this example, a release paper 6 is placed on the self-adhesive asphalt composition layer 5 only in the portion overlapping with the adjacent waterproof sheet.
layer is present, but the release paper 6 is not present in other parts. A layer of synthetic resin film 5 is provided in the area where the hook-and-loop fastener (b) 7 is not present, so there is no exposed area of the asphalt composition, and the use of release paper is minimized. (3) Regarding the hook-and-loop fastener (b), the hook-and-loop fastener (b) uses a laminate of polyethylene closed cell foam with a thickness of 1 mm and an expansion ratio of 30 times as the base material and a polyethylene film with a thickness of 20 μm, and a It was made by gluing together 3mm thick polyester pile fabric. By using the foam, the hook-and-loop fasteners (a) and (b) can be firmly engaged with each other very easily with a slight contact pressure. The width of the hook-and-loop fastener (b) was set to 7 cm to provide some leeway for work. The ratio of the area of the portion without the hook-and-loop fastener that engages with the hook-and-loop fastener (a) to the area of the portion with the hook-and-loop fastener was 5:1. (2) The amount of work required to dispose of release paper waste is drastically reduced. (3) Since the work of removing the release paper itself is reduced, work efficiency is improved. (4) This construction method does not involve asphalt melting work at all, so there is no risk of burns to workers and no staining of clothes. Furthermore, since no foul odor is generated due to the dissolution of asphalt, the fear of foul odor pollution has been eliminated. (5) The waterproofing method itself is extremely simple and can be redone. (6) Since it is attached using a hook-and-loop fastener, repair work is extremely easy compared to when adhesive is used.
