According to the configuration of this invention, the side plate of the air conditioning outlet box is provided so that it can be raised and lowered, and the outlet of the ceiling bar is closed when it is in the collapsed state. Therefore, there is no need to provide a separate blind plate, and the outlet is closed. If necessary, the air outlet can be hidden using the side plate that is part of the air conditioning outlet box. Furthermore, since it is composed of a groove-shaped heat insulating plate and a pair of side plates that can be raised and folded, the structure is simple with a small number of members.

Embodiment An embodiment of this invention will be explained based on FIGS. 1 to 3. This air conditioning outlet box is provided with a ceiling bar 3 that has an outlet 1 that opens upward and downward and supports a ceiling material 2, and a ceiling bar 3 that is located on both sides of the outlet 1 in the longitudinal direction of the ceiling bar and is tiltable on the ceiling bar 3. A pair of side plates 4 that close the air outlet 1 in a fallen state, and a pair of side plates 4 formed in a downward groove shape and provided on a ceiling bar 3 to cover the air outlet 1, with openings at both ends closed by the side plates 4 in an upright state. It is equipped with a heat insulating material 5.

The ceiling bar 3 has a shape in which two inverted T-shaped cross sections 3a are provided in parallel and connected by an intermediate horizontal plate part 3b, and the air outlet 1 is formed in the intermediate horizontal plate part 3b. The ceiling material 2 is placed on the lower end flange 3c of the inverted T-shaped section 3a. An inward folding piece 3d is provided at the upper edge of each inverted T-shaped cross-sectional portion 3a.

The heat insulating board 5 is made of a rigid flat material such as a glass wool board, has a V-shaped bending groove cut out, and is bent along the bending groove toward the groove side or the opposite side. After the heat insulating board 5 is bent into a groove shape, its lower end is inserted between the pair of inverted T-shaped cross-sectional portions 3a of the ceiling bar 3. The air conditioner connection port 6 of the heat insulating board 5 is a cylindrical member fitted and fixed into a hole formed in the heat insulating board 5, and is connected to an air conditioning duct.

Figures 2 and 3 are a perspective view and a top view of the ceiling on which this air conditioning outlet box is installed.
The ceiling bars 3 are arranged in a grid pattern and suspended from a ceiling slab or the like using hanging bolts 12. A ceiling material 2 is provided between the vertical and horizontal ceiling bars 3, and lighting equipment 13 is installed in a part.

According to this configuration, the side plate 4 is provided so that it can be raised and lowered,
Since the air outlet 1 of the ceiling bar 3 is closed in the fallen state, there is no need to provide a separate blind plate, and when the air outlet 1 is not required, the side plate 4, which is a part of the air conditioning outlet box, can be used. This allows the air outlet 1 to be hidden. Moreover, since it is composed of the groove-shaped heat insulating plate 5 and the pair of side plates 4 that can be raised and folded, the structure is simple with a small number of members.

The lower end of the heat insulating board 5 is inserted between the pair of inverted T-shaped cross-sectional portions 3a of the ceiling bar 3, but the insulating board 4 has elasticity in the opening direction at the bent portion, and the inverted T-shaped cross-sectional portion 3a is folded. It is pressed against piece 3d. This pressing causes the folded piece 3d to bite. Therefore, air leakage does not occur, and metal fittings such as frame members are not required along the longitudinal direction of the heat insulating board 5. Furthermore, since the heat insulating board 5 can be packed and transported in its flat state, it does not take up much space in packaging.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment. In this example, the heat insulating plate 5' has a trapezoidal side surface shape, the side plates 4 are made oblique, and the ends of the heat insulating plate 5 are closed. In this case, as shown by arrow A, the blowout airflow can be expanded.

The air conditioning outlet box of this invention has a side plate that can be folded up and down, and the outlet on the ceiling bar is closed when it is in the collapsed state. Therefore, there is no need to provide a separate blind plate, and it can be used when an outlet is not required. The air outlet can be hidden using the side plate that is part of the air conditioning outlet box. Furthermore, since it is composed of a groove-shaped heat insulating plate and a pair of side plates that can be raised and folded, it has the advantage of having a simple structure with a small number of members.
