It takes time and effort to move the FPC board 4, which tends to reduce the efficiency of the assembly process.In addition, since the insertion piece 9 is integrally formed to protrude from the case 1, the connector 8 or the case 1 When inserting the plug-in piece 9 together with the FPC board 4 due to misalignment of the mounting position, the connection part 6 of the conductive pattern 5 may come into contact with the conductive terminal part 3 with excessive pressing force, damaging the connection part 6 or causing contact. The pressure is weak, and there is a possibility that poor conductivity will occur between the circuit board 2 and the FPC board 4.

The configuration of this embodiment has been described above, and now the connection work will be described. First, FPC board 1
9 is arranged above the opening of the connector 14 (see FIG. 3A), and the two sides of the connection part 21 of the FPC board 19 are inserted between the guide pieces 23 of the insert body 22 and guided into this state. Then, the guide piece 23 is fitted into the groove 14A of the connector 14, and the insert body 22 is inserted into the connector 14 through the insertion hole 18, and the lower end of the guide part 24 of the insert body 22
The FPC board 19 is pushed into the connector 14, and at this time, while the conductive terminal part 17 and the inner surface of the FPC board 19 are in contact with each other, the conductive terminal part 17 is inserted into the guide part 24 through the FPC board 19. When the insert body 22 is further pushed in, the connecting part 21 is guided by the vertical part 24A of the guide part 24 and the connector 1
When the connecting portion 21 and the conductive terminal portion 17 are separated from each other, the conductive terminal portion 17 is elastically returned to its original position (see FIG. 3C). In this embodiment, the conductive terminal part 17 is bent by the inclined part 24B of the guide part 24, but when the hardness of the FPC board 19 itself is relatively large, the conductive terminal part 1 is bent only by the elastic force of the connecting part 21.
This will cause 7 to collapse.

When the insert 22 is further pushed in this state, the conductive terminal portion 17 is pushed along the inclined portion 25B of the pressing portion 25 provided on the insert 22, and
The FPC board 19 falls down toward the connection part 21 side, and the conductive terminal part 17 and the connection part 21 come into contact (Fig. 3D
(See) After this, by further pushing the insert body 22, the upper end of the conductive terminal portion 17 engages with the protrusion 26 provided on the pressing portion 25, and the conductive terminal portion 1
7 and the connecting portion 21 of the FPC board 19, the conductive terminal portion 17 is held elastically, and the insert body 22
is regulated from coming out upwards (see Figure 3E).

[Effects of the invention] As detailed above, the present invention presses each conductive terminal part through the connection part of the FPC board arranged on the outer surface of the case to the insert inserted into the connector provided on the circuit board. It has an inclined part that bends the electrically conductive terminal part in a direction away from the connecting part and guides insertion of the connecting part between the electrically conductive terminal part and the wall surface inside the connector, and the electrically conductive terminal part is guided by the inclined part. A guide portion is provided between each of the conductive terminal portions for bending and guiding the connecting portion along a wall surface within the connector;
A pressing part is provided that presses the conductive terminal part against the connection part side to electrically connect the conductive terminal part and the connection part, and by inserting the connector of the insert body, the connection part of the FPC board can be routed. Because the installation and electrical connection to the conductive terminal can be done at the same time, the connection work can be made easier.In addition, by providing the conductive terminal on the circuit board so that it can be elastically deformed, the case Even if there is a misalignment in the mounting position between the circuit board and the circuit board, the error in the mounting position can be absorbed, so the conductive terminal part and the connection part of the FPC board can be connected with appropriate contact pressure, and the circuit board and FPC board can be connected with appropriate contact pressure. It is possible to provide an FPC board connection device that can provide good electrical connection between the FPC board and the FPC board.
