実施例 以下に本考案の一実施例を第1図〜第5図に基
づいて説明する。1は囲壁体2によつて形成され

多孔性床板3に形成した溝部6内に貫設され、上
面側にスリツト7を形成する状態で下端がアング
ル材8を介して多孔性床板3に固定される。これ
ら上部カバー5の下方には、台車10を支持案内
するレールが配設される。すなわち11は左右一
対のレール12に支持案内されるトロリ装置で、
フロントトロリ13と、前後一対のロードトロリ
14,15と、リヤトロリ16と、フロントトロ
リ13とロードトロリ14との間を相対揺動自在
に連結する前部連結杆17と、ロードトロリ15
とリヤトロリ16との間を相対揺動自在に連結す
る後部連結杆18と、両ロードトロリ14,15
間の連結杆を兼ねる被処理物支持装置19とによ
り構成される。各トロリ13〜16は、本体2

付けられる。そして前記ロードトロリ14,15
の上部と門状枠36,37とがトラニオン38,
39を介して連結される。上記したトロリ装置1
1と、被処理物支持装置19と、接続ピン34,
35と、門状枠36,37、ならびにトラニオン
38,39とにより台車10を構成し、またレー
ル12は、その上面外縁と前記上部カバー5の下
端との間に吸引流路40を形成すべく配設され

内する振れ止め用レール55が取付けられる。前
記接続ピン34,35には左右一対の溝状の凹部
