[Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a sanitary napkin used for treating women's menstrual blood. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a sanitary napkin that improves the stability of the product's form during product formation, prevents the scattering of the constituent materials, and has excellent absorbency. [Prior Art] Sanitary napkins use one or both of absorbent paper and cotton pulp as an absorbent material, cover the lower and side surfaces with a liquid-impermeable leak-proof material, and then cover the entirety with a liquid-impermeable leak-proof material. It is common to be coated with a transparent surface material and have an anti-slip tape placed on the unused surface, an example of which is shown in FIG. In Figure 5, 1
2 is the surface material, 2 is the absorbent paper, 3 is the leakage prevention material, and 7 is the anti-slip tape. In addition, in recent years, there have been many cases in which polymeric absorbents are used as part of the absorber to improve the amount of absorption.
An example of its configuration is shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. In the figure, 2' is absorbent paper for cotton pulp stacking;
4 is a cotton-like pulp, 5 is a polymer absorbent, and 6 is a cotton-like staple. [Problems to be solved by the invention] Although it is thought that the amount of absorption has generally been improved by using polymer absorbents as seen in the examples above, the following drawbacks still remain unsolved. do not have. For example, in the napkin shown in Fig. 6, firstly, the position of the polymer absorbent 5 is close to the unused surface side, that is, when menstrual blood is absorbed and the amount is small, the polymer absorbent 5 not fully reached,
Conventional constituent material, cotton-like pulp 4 or absorbent paper 2'
The polymer absorbent 5 does not work effectively. Second, when the cotton-like pulp 4 and the absorbent paper 2' are laminated to form a napkin, the position of each layer may be misaligned, and the end of the cotton-like pulp a
If flocculent pulp is scattered and attached to a part of the processing line, and if it falls off and gets mixed in, it becomes a contamination of foreign matter and poses a sanitary problem. On the other hand, the napkin shown in FIG. 7 is an example in which a polymer absorbent 5 is dispersed on a cotton-like pulp 4, and both ends of the napkin are bent to form the shape of the letter "." In this case, compared to the napkin shown in FIG. 6, although the misalignment during the structure of the absorbent body is sufficiently improved, the scattering of flocculent pulp remains unsolved because part b still exists. On the other hand, regarding the absorption characteristics, the napkin shown in Figure 7 has the polymer absorbent 5 relatively closer to the use surface than the napkin shown in Figure 6, so the polymer absorbent can be used more effectively. It is excellent. This shows that, contrary to the napkin shown in Figure 6, it exhibits sufficiently good absorption characteristics when a small amount of menstrual blood is absorbed. However, when the amount increases, the absorbent body does not contain materials such as absorbent paper that have a diffusion direction during absorption.
The amount of liquid to be absorbed (menstrual blood) increases per unit volume of the absorber, naturally resulting in excess capacity. To some extent, this problem can be solved by increasing the amount of polymer absorbent or cotton pulp, but this increases the price and makes the napkin thicker, making it less comfortable to use. It's not a solution. In other words, the napkin with the configuration shown in Figure 7 is
I have to say that it is inferior in terms of making effective use of the entire napkin. [Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, the inventor of the present invention conducted intensive research to eliminate these drawbacks of conventional napkins, and as a result, completed the present invention. That is, the present invention provides a sanitary napkin having an absorbent body inserted between a liquid-permeable surface material and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof material, in which the absorbent body comprises a first absorbent paper,
It consists of a second absorbent paper and a water absorbent material of irregular shape sandwiched between them, and the first absorbent paper covers at least a part of the second absorbent paper, and the first absorbent paper covers at least a part of the second absorbent paper. The present invention provides a sanitary napkin characterized in that the portion covered with the absorbent paper (No. 2) is joined to a leak-proof material. In the present invention, the water-absorbing material of irregular shape sandwiched between the first absorbent paper and the second absorbent paper is a laminate or a mixture of cotton-like pulp and a polymer absorbent. Since the sanitary napkin of the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following advantages. (1) Regardless of the amount of menstrual blood absorbed, the entire absorbent body containing a polymeric absorbent is used effectively, resulting in excellent absorbency. (2) When forming into a napkin, it prevents the absorbent material from scattering, which can cause foreign matter to be mixed in, and is excellent in terms of hygiene. (3) It is also inexpensive. (4) Prevents the absorber from shifting or twisting. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 to 4 show examples of the napkin of the present invention,
1 and 2 are cross-sectional views in the horizontal direction (short axis direction), and FIGS. 3 and 4 are cross-sectional views in the vertical direction (long axis direction). The napkin in Figure 1 is based on the short axis width of the final product.
After stacking the cotton pulp 4 on the first absorbent paper 21 having a slightly wider width, the polymer absorbent 5 is sprinkled, and part or all of the polymer absorbent 5 is fixed in the cotton pulp 4. After installing the second absorbent paper 22, the first absorbent paper 21 is folded back to cover both lateral ends of the second absorbent paper 22 to form an absorbent body, and the outside thereof is covered with a leakproof material. The part 8 of the first absorbent paper 21 that covers the second absorbent paper 22 is joined to the leakage preventive material 3, and the whole is further wrapped with the surface material 1, and the unused surface is A slip prevention material 7 is installed. Further, in the napkin shown in FIG. 2, the width of the first absorbent paper 21 is further increased, and the second absorbent paper 22 is completely covered with the width of the first absorbent paper 21 so that both ends overlap in the lateral direction. Further, the napkins shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are examples in which the first absorbent paper 21 covers both ends of the second absorbent paper 22 in the longitudinal direction. In the present invention, the method of joining the portion of the first absorbent paper 21 covering the second absorbent paper 22 and the leakage preventive material 3 is not particularly limited, and may include welding by thermal melting,
This can be done by a method such as bonding with an adhesive. In the napkin of the present invention obtained in this way, the position of the polymer absorbent 5 is close to the use surface, and it is effective in quickly contacting and absorbing and retaining even a small amount of menstrual blood. In the case of , polymer absorbent 5
The second absorbent paper 22 installed immediately below the napkin is dispersed in the longitudinal direction of the napkin, and the entire napkin (the entire absorbent body) effectively contributes to absorption, resulting in a napkin with excellent absorbency, leakage, stickiness, etc. can get. Also, unlike conventional napkins, all the ends of the cotton-like pulp 4 are the first absorbent paper 21 and the second absorbent paper 2.
2, there is no scattering of them, and hygiene problems such as foreign matter contamination are greatly improved. Furthermore, since the first absorbent paper is bonded to the leak preventive agent, the absorbent body and the leak preventive material are fixed, and movement and twisting of the absorbent body are also greatly reduced. Furthermore, in terms of cost, this method can be achieved by slightly lengthening a portion of the absorbent paper that has been used in the past, and is considered to be a more effective method than constructing a new one. Furthermore, the first absorbent paper and the leak-proof layer can be joined by welding using a hot roll or the like, or by using a very small amount of adhesive. In addition, in implementing these inventions, the material of the surface material, the manufacturing method, etc., the material and amount of cotton staple used, whether or not it is necessary to use it, the amount of cotton pulp used, the type of polymer absorbent, the amount added, the absorption Paper manufacturing method, amount used, type of polylaminated waterproof paper (laminate resin, single-sided and double-sided laminated, etc.), characteristics, type of anti-slip material, installation location, amount used, type of adhesive, installation length, amount used, welding There are no restrictions on the pattern etc. [Example] Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples.
The present invention is not limited to these examples. Examples 1 to 4, Comparative Examples 1 to 3 Various napkins shown in Table 1 were manufactured using the following constituent materials, and the product form and hygiene after actually being worn for 2 hours were evaluated.
