Abstract

PURPOSE:To offer a controller of a dishwasher capable of preventing steam from re-condensing in washing basin after completion of drying step and residual food-smell from transferring to dishes. CONSTITUTION:A dishwasher is equipped with a door open-shut detector 4 that detects open and closed state of a door, and a controller 1 that sequentially controls a series of washing, rising and drying steps. The controller 1 executes air blowing into a washing basin after completion of drying step, and stops air blowing on receipt of a door open signal from the door open-shut detector 4.

2. Description of the Related Art The structure of a typical dishwasher will be explained with reference to FIG. In the figure, 12 is the main body, 13 is the main body 12
A cleaning tank 14 installed inside is a cleaning pump that circulates the cleaning water in the cleaning tank 13, and is rotationally driven by a cleaning motor 15. 16 is a thermistor attached to the bottom outer wall of the cleaning tank 13, and 17 is a water level switch attached to the lower outer wall of the cleaning tank 13. The cleaning water sucked into the cleaning pump 14 through the leftover filter 18 arranged at the inner bottom of the cleaning tank 13 is heated by the heater 19 while being heated.
It is sent to the injection nozzle 20 from the discharge side of the cleaning pump 14,
It is injected from the injection hole 21. This jet of water is used for the tableware basket 2.
The second pin 23 hits the set tableware 24 and washes the tableware.

[0003] During the drying process, after the washing water is discharged outside the machine, the heater 19 is intermittently energized to be in a dry firing state. Furthermore, the fan motor 25 rotates to take in outside air into the washing tank 13 through the casing 26, and exhaust the steam in the washing tank 13 to the outside of the machine through the exhaust port 27, thereby drying the tableware.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] According to the above-mentioned conventional configuration, the tableware is left in the washing tank after the drying process is completed, so the user does not remove the tableware until a considerable time has passed after the completion of the operation. When taking out the food, there were problems such as water vapor recondensing on the walls of the washing tank, and the smell of leftover food remaining in the food waste filter getting stuck in the washing tank and transferring to the dishes. This phenomenon was especially noticeable in winter when the temperature was low.

[Operation] According to the first technical means, air is blown into the cleaning tank intermittently or continuously until the door opening/closing detection means detects that the door is opened after the drying process is completed. Therefore, even if the user takes out the tableware long after the drying process has finished, water vapor will not recondense on the walls of the washing tank, and at the same time, the smell of leftover food left in the leftover filter will be removed. There is no chance that it will get stuck in the tank and transfer to tableware.

According to the second technical means, after the drying process is completed, the air blowing operation into the cleaning tank is performed intermittently or continuously, and the air blowing operation is ended when a certain period of time has elapsed. Even if the user takes out the tableware long after the drying process has finished, the water vapor will not recondense on the walls of the washing tank, and at the same time the leftover food odor from the leftover food filter will be removed from the washing tank. There is no chance that the smile will transfer to tableware.

In FIG. 1, 2 is a temperature detection means for detecting the water temperature in the washing tank 13, 3 is a water level detection means for detecting the water level in the washing tank 13, and 4 is a door opening/closing means for detecting the opening/closing state of the door 28. The detection means 1 starts operation based on signals input from the water level detection means 2, the temperature detection means 3, and the door opening/closing detection means 4, and controls a series of sequential operations such as washing, rinsing, and drying steps. The control means is used to drive the load 6 via the load drive means 5.

Next, the features of the present invention will be explained using the control means flowchart shown in FIG. To explain the flow from washing dishes to drying them, step 7 is a washing process to remove dirt from the dishes, step 8 is a rinsing process to wash away the detergent, and step 9 is a drying process.
After the cleaning water is discharged outside the machine, the heater 19 is intermittently energized and becomes a dry state. Further, the fan motor 25 rotates, takes in outside air from the washing tank 13 through the casing 26, and discharges the steam in the washing tank 13 to the outside of the machine through the exhaust port 27, thereby drying the tableware. Cleaning tank 13 in step 10
The intermittent air blowing operation that blows air intermittently into the cleaning tank 13 is started, and the steam and odor of leftover food generated in the cleaning tank 13 is removed from the exhaust port 2.
7 to eject it out of the machine. In step 11a, it is compared whether a preset time has elapsed since the end of the drying process, and if the preset time has elapsed, all operations including the intermittent air blowing operation are terminated. Also, if this set time has not elapsed, step 11b

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, according to the first technical means of the present invention, after the completion of the drying process until the door opening/closing detection means detects that the door is opened,
Since air is blown into the washing tank intermittently or continuously, water vapor may recondense on the walls of the washing tank even if the user takes out the tableware long after the drying process has finished. At the same time, the smell of leftover food remaining in the leftover food filter does not get trapped in the cleaning tank and transfer to the dishes.

According to the second technical means of the present invention, after the drying process is finished, the air blowing operation is performed intermittently or continuously into the cleaning tank, and the air blowing operation is stopped after a certain period of time has elapsed. As a result, even if the user takes out the tableware long after the drying process has finished, water vapor will not re-condense on the walls of the washing tank, and at the same time, the leftover food filter will eliminate the smell of leftover food. There is no possibility that the liquid will get stuck in the washing tank and be transferred to the dishes.
