面3が形成されている。円弧部2を形成するには、図2
に示すように、窯業系材料にてコーナー部材1aを製造
するのに、その未硬化状態において曲面部を形成した押
型(図示せず)にて押圧して円弧部2を形成するととも
に段差部4を形成し、その後、段差部4の付け根部をカ
ッターにて切断線イに沿って切断し、その後、カット線
ロに沿ってカットするものである。そして他方のコーナ
ー部材1bはカット線ロに沿う角度にてカットされ、か
つ先端に面取り5がなされたものである。

たものである。そして、かかる場合の一方のコーナー部
材1aの製造は、図5に示すように、その未硬化状態に
おいて、曲面部を形成した押型(図示せず)にて押圧し
て円弧部2を形成するとともに段差部4を形成し、その
後、段差部4の付け根部をカッターにて切断線イに沿っ
て切断し、その後、カット線ロ´に沿って階段状にカッ
トし、実結合にて突き合わせ接合して、施工性を向上さ
せるとともに仕上がり性を高めるようにしたものである

たコーナー部材の端部の割れや欠けを回避し、その製造
時の問題も解消することができるという利点がある。
