Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention of this application relates to a method for producing an inorganic plate. More specifically, the invention of this application relates to a method for manufacturing an inorganic plate that suppresses the crack from progressing to a product part during drying, improves cutting accuracy, and enables production of a product having excellent quality. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Cement-based inorganic boards are widely used as outer wall materials, roofing materials, and ceiling materials for houses. For example, as shown in FIG. 5, this inorganic plate is formed by providing ears (2) at the four peripheral edges of a product part (1) to be a product, and after drying, after drying for moisture content adjustment. It is cut into a predetermined size. Although the ear part (2) is cut off by the cutting at this time, the ear part (2) has an important function of absorbing variation in cutting.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, cracks (3) may occur in the ear (2) during drying. This tendency increases with drying in a short time. The generated crack (3) may spread to the product part (1) depending on the thickness, width, etc. of the ear part (2).
[0004]
Further, as described above, the ear portion (2) absorbs the variation in cutting. However, if the width varies, the ear portion (2) cannot absorb the variation in cutting and accurately cuts to a predetermined size. I can't.
[0005]
And in the case of the inorganic board which has the joint (4) in the product part (1) as shown in FIG. 5, even if the ear | edge part (2) is provided, a cutting position will shift | deviate delicately. This is because, as shown in FIG. 6, the cutting position is set at a position that is a distance (d) lower than the surface of the product part (1) at the edge of the product part (1). Therefore, the cutting position of the joint (4) is a distance (d) below the surface of the joint bottom (4a), and as shown in FIG. 6, the cutting position other than the joint (4) is shifted.
[0006]
Such progress of crack (3) and reduction in cutting accuracy cause product failure.
The invention of this application has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional method of manufacturing an inorganic plate, suppresses cracks from progressing to the product part during drying, and provides cutting accuracy. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing an inorganic board that can improve the quality and produce a product having excellent quality.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the invention of this application, in order to solve the above-mentioned problem, when forming the inorganic plate, the upper surface is a smooth surface in the boundary region between the ear part of the four-circumferential end edge and the product part located inside the ear part. A smooth part is formed as a uniform thickness within the thickness range of the product part or more and over the entire part, and the inorganic board is cut at a position a certain distance from the smooth surface of the smooth part. A method (claim 1) is provided.
[0008]
Moreover, the invention of this application provides as a preferred embodiment that a flow stop joint is formed along the edge side edge of the smooth portion (Claim 2).
Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the inorganic board of the invention of this application will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an outline of an inorganic plate after molding produced by the method for producing an inorganic plate of the invention of this application. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a main part of one embodiment of the inorganic plate after molding.
[0010]
For example, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the method of manufacturing an inorganic board according to the invention of this application, when the inorganic board is formed, the ears (2) at the four peripheral edges and the products located inside the ears A smooth portion (5) whose upper surface is a smooth surface (5a) is formed in a boundary area with the portion (1). The thickness of the smooth portion (5) (t 5), together with the thickness (t 1) range or more of the product portion (1), and a uniform thickness throughout. In general, a pattern is formed on the surface of the product part (1) during molding, and the surface is uneven. Because of this uneven surface, the thickness (t 1 ) of the product part ( 1 ) is not constant and has a certain range. In the manufacturing method of the inorganic plate of the invention of this application, the thickness (t 5 ) of the smooth portion (5) is within the range of the thickness (t 1 ) of the product portion (1) or more, and the whole It is uniform over.
[0011]
In such a smooth part (5), the moisture content at the time of drying is kept slightly higher than that of the ear part (2), and the fracture toughness is kept high. As a result, even if a crack (3) as shown in FIG. 5 occurs in the ear part (2), the progress is suppressed by the smooth part (5) and reaches the product part (1). There is almost no.
[0012]
Moreover, the smooth part (5) can be used for positioning of cutting, and improves the accuracy of cutting. That is, when positioning of cutting is performed based on the smooth portion (5) instead of the product portion (1), the cutting position is a distance from the smooth surface (5a) of the smooth portion (5) as shown in FIG. (D) Set to a lowered position. As described above, the smooth portion (5) has a uniform thickness throughout, and unlike the product portion (1), there is no joint (4) as shown in FIG. Therefore, by performing the positioning of the cutting based on the smooth portion (5), the cutting position becomes constant and no deviation occurs.
[0013]
By the way, at the time of cutting, the inorganic board is conveyed to a cutting device, stopped at a predetermined position, and then cut. In general, the stop position of the inorganic plate varies slightly before and after in the transport direction. However, since the positioning of the cutting can be performed based on the smooth portion (5), the cutting position is not affected at all even if the stop position of the inorganic plate varies slightly before and after in the transport direction. Moreover, the cutting is not affected by the state of the ear (2). Even if the width varies, since the positioning of cutting can be performed based on the smooth portion (5), the inorganic board is accurately cut into a predetermined size.
[0014]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a main part of another form of the formed inorganic plate produced by the method for manufacturing an inorganic plate of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 4, in the method of manufacturing an inorganic plate according to the invention of this application, the inorganic plate has a flow joint along the side edge of the ear portion (2) in the smooth portion (5) during molding. (6) can be formed. The flow stop joint (6) is a joint formed as a result of the flow stop being pressed against the material surface to prevent the material from flowing out of the mold during press molding for patterning of the product part (1). is there. The flow stop is disposed on the molding surface of the mold. Such a flow stop and a flow stop joint (6) are effective when the inorganic plate is formed from a material that is relatively easy to flow, and prevents the material surface from being cut during press molding. In the manufacturing method of the inorganic plate of the invention of this application for forming the smooth portion (5), the flow stop joint (6) can be formed in the same manner. In this case, the flow stop joint (6) is the smooth portion (5). ) Along the edge of the ear (2) side.
[0015]
Of course, the invention of this application is not limited to the above embodiments. It goes without saying that various aspects are possible for details such as the shape and size of the product part, the smooth part, and the ear part.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the invention of this application, cracks are prevented from progressing to the product part during drying, and cutting accuracy is improved. Products with excellent quality can be produced.
